Unit 2 Do you want some rice?
The second period
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1、能聽懂、會(huì)說、會(huì)讀新單詞 water, soup, vegetables, breakfast, lunch, supper, pepper, salt;
2、在小組活動(dòng)中能靈活運(yùn)用句型“Do you want some…?”“Yes please. / No ,Thank you.”進(jìn)行對(duì)話。
二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)
重點(diǎn):將本單元新單詞熟練靈活地運(yùn)用于句型“Do you want some…?”
難點(diǎn):理解新單詞的含義。

三、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備
一杯水、一碗湯、一小瓶鹽、一小瓶胡椒粉、單詞卡片、教學(xué)掛圖、教學(xué)磁帶等。
四、教學(xué)步驟
Step 1 Warming up
1.師生問候。
2.復(fù)習(xí)句型。
游戲———Happy passing (快樂傳真)
教師將“Do you want some…?”“Yes please. / No ,Thank you. I want some …”小聲地告訴每一組的第一個(gè)學(xué)生,該生通過手勢(shì)或口型傳給后面的同學(xué),依次傳遞,各組最后一名學(xué)生說出句子。傳得又快又準(zhǔn)的一組為勝。
Step 2 Presentation and drill
1. 教單詞water。
3、T: I’m thirsty. I want something to drink.
做動(dòng)作,幫助學(xué)生理解。
S1:Do you want a cold drink?
T:No, Thank you. I want some water.
指著桌上水杯里的水,幫助學(xué)生理解water的含義。出示單詞卡片,板書單詞,帶讀。
2. 教單詞soup, pepper, salt。
1)T:Look! I have something to eat. Do you want to have a try?
準(zhǔn)備一碗湯,讓學(xué)生上來嘗。
T:Is it delicious? Ye
4、s, it’s very delicious. What is is? It’s soup.
帶讀單詞soup。
T:Do you like soup? What soup do you like best?
S1:I like chicken soup.
S1:I like tomato soup.

幫助學(xué)生說出他們喜歡喝的湯的名稱。
2)出示裝有鹽的瓶子。
T(將鹽撒入湯里):Who’d like have a try?
讓幾個(gè)學(xué)生上來嘗,并猜猜老師在湯里加了什么。
T:Is the soup delicious now? Perhaps not. Because

將裝鹽的瓶子給大家看,帶讀單詞salt。
3)用類似的方法教單詞pepper
2. 教單詞vegetables。
出示一些蔬菜的圖片,如cabbage(白菜),onion(洋蔥),pea(豌豆)等。

帶單詞vegetables。
T:Vegetables are good for our health. You should eat more vegetables. What kind of v

4. 教單詞breakfast,lunch,supper。
1)教師邊出示圖片邊給學(xué)生提示,學(xué)生猜出單詞。
T(出示表示早晨、吃面包、喝牛奶的圖片):Morning. Eat bread. Drink mink.
S1:早餐。
T:Yes. Breakfast.
板書單詞breakfast,帶讀。
2)T:Look!It’s twelve o’clock. The girl is having lunch.
板書單詞lunch帶讀。
3)用類似的方法教單詞supper。
Step 3 Practice
7、1. 聽課文B部分錄音,跟讀。
2. 情景練習(xí)。
T: I’m hungry. I want something to eat.
S: Do you want some rice?
T: No, thank you.
S2: Do you want some noodles?
T: Yes, please. Thank you.
S3: Do you want some salt?
T: No, thank you.
S4: Do you want some pepper?
T: Yes, please. Thank you. It’s very delicious now

然后引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們就彼此的喜好互相進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解。
Step 4 Consolidation
1. 小組活動(dòng)。每個(gè)小組準(zhǔn)備好pepper, salt, rice, noodles, cake, orange, apple等圖片,通過交換卡片進(jìn)行交際活動(dòng)。
S1: Do you want an orange?
S2: OK
S3: Do you want some milk?
S4: Yes, please.
S5: Do you want some pepper?
S4: No, thank you.
