Progress Check 3(第1課時)
一、學習目標:
幫助學生對本單元所學的知識進行檢查與鞏固;
(一)基礎目標:
1.檢查學生對本單元所學詞匯的掌握;
2. 檢查學生對所學的語法知識的檢查
3. 能聽懂和理解the recording of Wangs’ family meeting,并完成對應的問題;

1.結(jié)合本單元所學內(nèi)容進行一些檢查知識的檢查,詞匯與語法;
2.能用學過知識進行語言內(nèi)容整合,拓展學生的語言

1. 能努力完成對語法知識的檢查與鞏固;

Preparation
Contents:
①Warming –up
②Revision
(2) Methods:
Teacher leads the students to say the important words and some sentences.
(3) Purpose:
復習前面學習的重點單詞與句型,創(chuàng)造英語學習氛圍;
Vocabulary and Grammar:
Complete the dialogue between Li Ning, a ten-year-ol
4、d girl, and her grandfather . Use the word and phrase cues.
For this part ,ask the students to look at the words and phrases in the box, then look at the dialogue, finally , ask them to begin to do it.
When the students are doing it, the teacher should move around the class, and find out the wron
5、g immediately and help them correct it.
About ten minutes later, almost all of the students complete it. the teacher asks two students to say his or her answers to the class, and the other students listen carefully and find out where is wrong and when the student complete it , correct the wrong ,b
6、ut either the student is right ,or wrong ,the teacher should say: Good, or OK, in order to encourage them to study English hard.
The answers are:

This dialogue perhaps is a little difficult for a
7、 few students, but the teacher still encourages them to study hard and they can grasp it very well.
Match the words and expressions in Column A with those in Column B.
For this part ,it is easy for nearly all the students, give them three minutes to do it, when they complete it ,ask two students
8、to say his or her answers to the class.
The answers are:

Ask the students to complete it by themselves, and the teacher moves around the class, and check the students ; when about five minutes later, ask fi

This part mostly practice the passive voice, tell the students to do it carefully and they can do it well .
