1、 教學(xué)年級:八年級 單元課時(shí):八(上)Unit 10 Section B 2a-2e 教材版本:人教版(新目標(biāo))Go for it! 授課時(shí)間:共45分鐘 一、學(xué)生分析 1、年齡認(rèn)知特點(diǎn):此年齡段的學(xué)生辯證思維和創(chuàng)造思維有了很大的發(fā)展,能用比較準(zhǔn)確的語言表述觀察的過程和結(jié)果,理解性記憶成為主要的識(shí)記方法,對刺激記憶手段多樣的知識(shí)點(diǎn)記憶比較深刻。 2、學(xué)習(xí)心理特點(diǎn):較之七年級,學(xué)生對英語的興趣有所下降。他們已不滿足教師對課文的簡單重復(fù),喜歡有趣、新鮮、有挑戰(zhàn)性的學(xué)習(xí)方式。 3、英語基礎(chǔ)水平:八年級上學(xué)期,學(xué)生已經(jīng)有一定的英語基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),聽說能力正逐漸向讀寫能
2、力過渡。經(jīng)過一年的Go for It的學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐,他們增強(qiáng)了自主、合作、探究的能力。本節(jié)課是本單元的Section B的內(nèi)容,學(xué)生在本單元的Section A中已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)并掌握了if引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句的相關(guān)知識(shí)。 二、教材分析 本節(jié)課是英語新目標(biāo)八年級上冊Unit10 Section B的閱讀部分,教材以一篇“If people have problems, they should talk to other people” 為中心話題,圍繞 “如何解決學(xué)生的worries和problems”而展開。本課教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活密切相關(guān),易于引發(fā)學(xué)生的共鳴和興趣。 教材安排了read fo
3、r main ideas和read for details的訓(xùn)練,根據(jù)文章大意完成短文填空和根據(jù)課文拓展的一問一答等教學(xué)形式與教學(xué)活動(dòng)。根據(jù)教學(xué)實(shí)際需要,我對其中的一些活動(dòng)進(jìn)行改變、刪除或整合?,F(xiàn)在歸結(jié)如下: 1. 我將2a的第一個(gè)問題,設(shè)計(jì)成圍繞“If you are happy, clap your hands. If you are not happy, stamp your feet”的“身體操”。一來可以鞏固if句型,二來讓學(xué)生全身動(dòng)起來并迅速進(jìn)入到課堂學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。 2. 我將2a的第二問題設(shè)計(jì)成一個(gè)小組競賽形式的brainstorm。這樣可以讓學(xué)生在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi),復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)“職業(yè)”和
4、“家庭人物關(guān)系”的詞匯。 3. 為了降低聽力難度,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生信心,我將2d改編成“先熟悉短語再聽填信息”。這樣可以一方面訓(xùn)練聽力,另一方面為解決閱讀難度更大的文章掃除障礙、鋪橋引路。 4. 我將2b改成訓(xùn)練學(xué)生fast reading中的read for main ideas的范例。 5. 我將2c改編成read for details的選擇題。學(xué)生掌握閱讀方法和技巧之后,我增配一篇難度相對較低的、符合八年級學(xué)生水平的文章來專門訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的兩個(gè)閱讀技巧——read for main ideas和read for details。 6. 我將2e設(shè)計(jì)成結(jié)合文章中重點(diǎn)和精美詞句來寫安慰卡片的寫
5、作訓(xùn)練。 7. 最后,我針對這篇文章中的if 引導(dǎo)的條件壯語從句,設(shè)計(jì)鏈接中考單選題的環(huán)節(jié)。 三、教學(xué)目標(biāo) 根據(jù)《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》關(guān)于總目標(biāo)的具體描述,結(jié)合本單元的教材內(nèi)容,我按語言知識(shí)、語言技能、學(xué)習(xí)策略、情感態(tài)度方面將本課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)細(xì)化: 1. 語言知識(shí)目標(biāo):復(fù)習(xí)并鞏固if和unless引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句。 2. 語言技能目標(biāo):訓(xùn)練與提高學(xué)生說、聽、讀、寫及自學(xué)能力。 3. 學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo):創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,提供機(jī)會(huì),引導(dǎo)積極參與,鼓勵(lì)充分合作。 4. 情感目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的強(qiáng)烈興趣,表達(dá)自己的worries和problems,宣泄負(fù)面情緒,尋求他人幫助,表達(dá)對同學(xué)的關(guān)心和
6、理解,增進(jìn)同學(xué)之間感情。 四、教學(xué)策略 《新目標(biāo)英語》中的具體語言目標(biāo)是通過各種各樣的Tasks來實(shí)現(xiàn)的;學(xué)生需要運(yùn)用具體而特定的行動(dòng)來完成一定的交際任務(wù)。本節(jié)課我始終引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過完成具體的任務(wù)活動(dòng)來學(xué)習(xí)語言,通過完成特定的交際任務(wù)來獲得和積累相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),讓學(xué)生在用中學(xué),在學(xué)中用(Learn by using, learn for using)。 采用多媒體輔助教學(xué):將本課所需要的錄音、圖片、文字、音樂等制成PPT,使抽象的語言變得直觀、生動(dòng)、形象,為學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交際創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,實(shí)現(xiàn)“teacher-students”互動(dòng),“students-students”互動(dòng)的多向交流。

9、ings do you worry about? 設(shè)計(jì)思路: Task 2:Problems向誰訴?(Time span: 3’) Who do you usually go to for help? 開展小組競賽,利用If I have problems or worries, I will ask ______ for help這個(gè)句型,讓學(xué)生brainstorm有關(guān)職業(yè)和親屬的單詞。 競賽規(guī)則:1. 單詞多。2. 正確率高。3. 獲勝小組將獲得一份小禮物。 設(shè)計(jì)思路:通過小組競賽的形式,開展brainstorm,讓學(xué)生對有關(guān)“職業(yè)”和“親屬關(guān)系”的詞進(jìn)行一次復(fù)習(xí)。同時(shí),對i

If you can not talk to an expert like Robert, you can _______________________ with your parents because they have a lot of experience. 設(shè)計(jì)思路:考慮到本節(jié)課上所教的學(xué)生的接受能力和水平,在講解難度更大的文章之前,把相對簡單的2d閱讀轉(zhuǎn)化為一篇難度簡單化了的聽填信息訓(xùn)練。并且在做聽填信息之前給學(xué)生一定的時(shí)間對所要填寫的短語進(jìn)行識(shí)記。這樣就降低聽力難度,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生做這種題型的信心。這樣設(shè)計(jì)一方面可以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽力能力,另一方面為學(xué)生理解文章做好鋪
14、墊,循序漸進(jìn),步步為營。 Step 4:Reading (2 b & 2c)(Time span: 15’) Task 1:Read for main ideas (Time span: 2’) 1 方法指引:how to look for the key sentences (1)at the beginning of a passage (2)at the end of a passage 2 實(shí)際操練:快速閱讀2b文章每段的最后一兩句話,選擇符合文章的main idea ( ) A. If people have problems,

If people have problems, they should keep them to themselves. 設(shè)計(jì)思路:這樣設(shè)計(jì)是為了訓(xùn)練中考閱讀理解b當(dāng)中的“閱讀文章找大意”的考點(diǎn)。在講完task2后,我將重點(diǎn)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生做這方面的相關(guān)練習(xí)。 Task 2:Read for details(Time span: 5 ’) 1. 方法指引:how to look f

28、 to solve them. 設(shè)計(jì)思路: 我不再逐詞逐句地解剖課文。原因有三:1、大部分學(xué)生做完前面的聽力和五道閱讀練習(xí)題就基本上了解了文章的大概內(nèi)容。2、本文主要的是向?qū)W生介紹fast reading的方法,而中考的考點(diǎn)也主要是if引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句。個(gè)人認(rèn)為:解剖講解文章只是授人以魚(give students fish),而教會(huì)學(xué)生閱讀技巧是授人以漁(teach students how to fish)。授人以魚不如授人以漁。3、對能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生而言,老師上課再去仔細(xì)分析文章已顯多余,對能力低的學(xué)生而言,老師講解文章再詳盡,學(xué)生也不一定能聽懂,這樣做似乎沒有必要。鑒如此,我在本節(jié)課
29、的最后環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)了有關(guān)if中考鏈接的四道單選題。對能力低的同學(xué)而言,他們能做這四道題就已經(jīng)達(dá)到教學(xué)目的了。所以,我只是將文章中重點(diǎn)的和精美的句子抽剝出來,堂上給學(xué)生一些時(shí)間來背誦美文美句。無論是能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生還是能力低的學(xué)生,這對增強(qiáng)他們的語感和提高他們的寫作都會(huì)有很大的幫助。 Step 6:學(xué)以致用 制作心靈雞湯安慰卡(Time span: 5’) 1. 你的同學(xué)來向你訴說TA的worries和problems,你如何寫張安慰卡來安慰TA? 2. 方法指引:可以利用剛剛背誦的精句,也可以適當(dāng)自由發(fā)揮。 3. 傳送安慰卡。 設(shè)計(jì)思路:這樣的設(shè)計(jì)
30、讓學(xué)生感受到TA自己背誦的東西在考試和日常生活中是可以用到的,以此來增強(qiáng)他們背誦的積極性。另外,學(xué)生是在有知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備的情況下進(jìn)行寫作訓(xùn)練,會(huì)大大減輕畏難情緒。這個(gè)活動(dòng)還可以讓學(xué)生對自己的同學(xué)進(jìn)行安慰,進(jìn)而能增進(jìn)同學(xué)之間的感情。 Step 7: 中考鏈接(Time span: 4’)If引導(dǎo)狀語從句 1. 簡單復(fù)習(xí)回顧,重點(diǎn)突出“主將從現(xiàn)”。 2. 堂上訓(xùn)練四道歷年中考有關(guān)if從句的單選題。 ( ) 1. (2009年廣東中考題) A. rain B. rains C. will rain D. rained 設(shè)計(jì)思路:這篇閱讀文章涉及到中考的考點(diǎn)主要是If引導(dǎo)的狀語從句,所以我將這方面的練習(xí)重點(diǎn)突顯出來。 Step 8:Homework ( Time span: 1’) 給收到的安慰卡打分(滿分15分) 設(shè)計(jì)思路:讓學(xué)生對收到的安慰卡進(jìn)行評分,其實(shí)就是讓學(xué)生自己學(xué)會(huì)評判作文,這對提高他們的寫作能力大有幫助。 七、個(gè)人反思 我自認(rèn)為本節(jié)課最大的特色是:尊重結(jié)合學(xué)情,對原有教學(xué)資源的整合重組,適當(dāng)降
34、低難度。 成功的地方有:1、充分尊重學(xué)情,課堂環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)始終遵循化難為易,學(xué)生在環(huán)環(huán)相扣的操練中自信心和自主性大大增強(qiáng)。2、大刀闊斧地對難度較大的閱讀材料進(jìn)行整合重組,刪減繁雜無效的講解,增設(shè)簡易有效的操練。把單純的閱讀課改編成為聽說讀寫的訓(xùn)練課。老師講得少,學(xué)生練得多。3、整節(jié)課充滿認(rèn)為關(guān)懷,創(chuàng)設(shè)情境讓學(xué)生宣泄負(fù)面情緒,創(chuàng)設(shè)情境讓學(xué)生互送心靈雞湯,增進(jìn)了同學(xué)之間的情誼。 不足的地方有:1、選取閱讀材料的時(shí)候,更多地考慮到針對閱讀技巧而設(shè)計(jì),從而忽視了閱讀材料的趣味性和悅讀性。2、整節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì)顯得比較務(wù)實(shí),注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀方法和關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)效,應(yīng)試性相對比較強(qiáng)。 8
