摘要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要是對安裝在驅(qū)動橋的兩個半軸之間的差速器進行設(shè)計,主要涉及到了差速器非標準零件如齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)和標準零件的設(shè)計計算,同時也介紹了差速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差速器的種類,對于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡略的說明。在設(shè)計中參考了大量的文獻,因此對差速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用有了更透徹的了解,通過利用Proe軟件對差速器進行建模工作,也讓我在學(xué)習方面得到了提高。
參考了東風EQ1090E載重汽車驅(qū)動橋,在論述載重汽車汽車驅(qū)動橋運行機理的基礎(chǔ)上,提練出了在驅(qū)動橋設(shè)計中應(yīng)掌握的滿足汽車行駛的平順性和通過性、降噪技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及零件的標準化、部件的通用化、產(chǎn)品的系列化等三大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
