摘 要:本課題來(lái)源于生產(chǎn)實(shí)際。根據(jù)所給的零件圖設(shè)計(jì)此工件的沖壓工藝與生產(chǎn)此種產(chǎn)品的沖壓模具,從而使得所設(shè)計(jì)的模具符合企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)要求,達(dá)到節(jié)約成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率的目的。
根據(jù)鎮(zhèn)流器外殼結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及技術(shù)要求,通過(guò)對(duì)各工藝方案進(jìn)行分析比較,制訂了合理的沖壓成形工藝方案;介紹了模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、工作過(guò)程,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了分析、歸納和總結(jié);說(shuō)明了模具的設(shè)計(jì)步驟及設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn); 解決了條料的定位、導(dǎo)向、卸料、出件、優(yōu)化模具結(jié)構(gòu)等技術(shù)問(wèn)題。說(shuō)明書中分四個(gè)部分介紹了四套模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,包含了落料、沖孔、脹形、切舌、彎曲等大部分常規(guī)模具的設(shè)計(jì)樣板。這樣能夠減少設(shè)計(jì)的工作量,使得制造模具的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化零件變多,大大降低了制造成本。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)對(duì)模具零件進(jìn)行三維繪圖,以論證結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,從而有效避免了試制過(guò)程中因螺紋孔、定位孔、卸料板等的位置、大小、形狀不正確而導(dǎo)致材料的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。
上述沖壓工藝生產(chǎn)效率較高,模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理,提高了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,能保證鎮(zhèn)流器罩的形狀及尺寸精度要求,對(duì)同類模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

The Pressing Die Mould Design of the opple Ballast Covering and Simulation Process
Abstract: This subject comes from practice in factory. Basing on the workpiece, design the pressing technology and die mould and make it be up to the mustard, which makes it more economical and more efficient .
According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the ballast covering, by analyzing stamping process plans, the reasonable technology scheme of stamping forming is worked out. The structural design of the die and the course of work are described. The pivotal design of the die is analyzed and summarized. The technology problems of the position of sheet metal, guiding, stripping, pushing and the optimization of die structure were resolved. In the document , the design process is divide into four parts, include punching, stamping , distend, incision, bend and so on. Thus the work hour and the cost can be reduced through the mould design. In the design, the method of three-dimensional plot was used, avoiding the waste of material about the shape, the position and the size in the mold parts design process effectively.
The production efficiency of the pressing technology is high, the die structure is reasonable, the economic efficiency of company is increase, the shape and dimensional precision of the ballast covering are assured, and has reference value to the congener die designing and manufacturing.
