落葉清掃機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
目前,城市街道、公園、道路落葉清掃大多用手工清掃,效率低、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,且不利于落葉的二次利用。本設(shè)計(jì)力求在落葉清掃過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用氣吸方式收集落葉以利于路旁、樹(shù)叢下落葉收集。收集后的落葉,采用加熱軟化和機(jī)械強(qiáng)力擠壓的方法,把松散的落葉加工成固體塊狀以利于運(yùn)輸儲(chǔ)存及二次利用。本設(shè)計(jì)采用帶孔的旋轉(zhuǎn)落葉機(jī)構(gòu)解決了落葉粘附落葉網(wǎng)的問(wèn)題,采用機(jī)械及液壓的方式,提高了擠壓的壓力與作業(yè)效率。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了精確的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析與計(jì)算,解決了機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的配合與定時(shí)問(wèn)題。本設(shè)計(jì)基本上實(shí)現(xiàn)了落葉收集的自動(dòng)化,在城市環(huán)衛(wèi)應(yīng)用上可能將有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。

The Design Of Shatter Sweeper
Abstract
Nowadays, the cleaning of the shatter in the street and park is usually done by labors. The workload is large .It will cost a lot of time and the leaf collected will not be used at the second time. The design is pursuit to improve the process did by machine. It will use the gas to collect the shatter which hides under the trees and the roadsides .After that, the leaves collected will be heated to be soft and be extruded by the machine. At the end, the shatter will be machined to solid so that it will be used and transported more conveniently. In fact, the machine usually works with many problems because the shatter perhaps adheres to the net .In order to solve this problem, we design the rotating institution to improve the pressure and efficiency. During the designing, we did a lot of analysis and calculation, making the machine work by cooperation and it can be timing. We have reason to believe, under our effort, the machine we designed will have fantastic performance.
