鬧 鐘 后 蓋 注 塑 模 的 CAD/CAM
摘要:復(fù)合材料廣泛應(yīng)用的今天,合成塑料仍是基礎(chǔ)的工業(yè)原材料。注射、擠出、壓制,壓鑄和氣壓成型仍是塑料制品的主要成形方式。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)藝術(shù)水平的提高塑料制品的結(jié)構(gòu)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,這使得注塑成型技術(shù)得到了更加廣泛的應(yīng)用。顯然模具的設(shè)計(jì)也隨之提到了重要的地位。隨著現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中的CAD/CAM技術(shù)的普及這使得計(jì)算機(jī)仿真模擬設(shè)計(jì)在注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)中起到了愈來(lái)愈關(guān)鍵的作用。
注射模具的基本組成是:定模機(jī)構(gòu),動(dòng)模機(jī)構(gòu),澆注系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)向裝置,頂出機(jī)構(gòu),芯機(jī)構(gòu),冷卻和加熱裝置,排氣系統(tǒng)。
本文采用CAD/CAM技術(shù)利用Unigraphics軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)注塑模具CAD/CAM的方法和途徑并以鬧鐘后蓋的設(shè)計(jì)為例,分析了鬧鐘后蓋零件的結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝性,確定該塑件的注塑成型方案并進(jìn)行了注射模設(shè)計(jì)方面的相關(guān)計(jì)算并通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)的仿真模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)塑件復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)體和注塑模具相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)初步的設(shè)計(jì)。利用autocad對(duì)注塑模具的零部件進(jìn)行的相關(guān)尺寸和表面精度的深入設(shè)計(jì)。最后利用mastercam將二者的設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)換成可實(shí)現(xiàn)的數(shù)控加工程序進(jìn)行仿真模擬成型加工。

Abstract:The plasticsToday widely used composite materials, synthetic plastic is still the basis of industrial raw materials. Injection, extrusion, die casting and pressure molding of plastic products is still the main way of forming. With the art of raising the level of modern industrial structure more complex plastic products, which makes injection molding technology has been more widely used. Obviously mold design also will mention the important role. With modern design in the CAD / CAM technology, which makes computer simulation of universal design in injection mold design and development played a more crucial role.
The basic composition of injection molds: the fixed mold body, the dynamic model agencies, casting systems, guiding device, top the body, core body cooling and heating equipment, exhaust system.
In this paper, CAD / CAM technology uses Unigraphics software injection mold CAD / CAM methods and means and to clock back cover design, for example, analysis of the alarm clock back cover parts of the structure and process, determine the injection molded plastic parts program and were related to injection mold design, calculation and computer simulation to achieve through the plastic injection mold complex structure and the preliminary design of relevant institutions.Using autocad on the injection mold parts for the relevant size and surface accuracy of the detail design. Finally, mastercam designed to convert between the two enables the simulation of NC machining process simulation of forming process.
