轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥器的總體與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名：曾傳林 班級(jí)：0681053 指導(dǎo)老師：張曉榮 摘要：在化學(xué)生產(chǎn)中，有些原料、半成品或成品含有或多或少的水分或其他溶劑。為了滿足使用的要求，常采用干燥的方法將這些水分或溶劑除去，而干燥的方法和設(shè)備是多種多樣的。 回轉(zhuǎn)干燥器是一種常見的干燥設(shè)備。它適合于顆粒狀、濕物料的干燥，如純堿、硝銨、和各種鹽類等。回轉(zhuǎn)干燥器能使物料在滾桶內(nèi)翻動(dòng)、拋撒、與熱空氣或煙道氣充分接觸，干燥速度快，生產(chǎn)力較高，因此廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、食品等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。 設(shè)計(jì)的主體部件是1000×8000mm規(guī)格的轉(zhuǎn)筒部分,筒的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)依靠齒輪帶動(dòng),筒的重量主要由兩個(gè)托輪支撐,而托輪則由兩個(gè)軸承支撐,抄板翻動(dòng)物料。 該設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，但是效率較低。 關(guān)鍵詞：回轉(zhuǎn) 托輪 齒輪 軸承 抄板 指導(dǎo)老師簽字： ROTARY DRYER WITH THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE OVERALL Student Name: Zeng Chuanlin Class: 068153 Supervisor: Zhang Xiaorong Abstract: In the processing of the chemistry industry, some materials、semi-finished produces or finished produces, contain more or less imprecision or other solvents．In order to satisfy the use requests, we need rid them by drying technical. And the methods of drying and equipments are varied． The drying machine of turning around、cylinder is an old、usual equipment .It is fit to dry the wet materials ,such as sulphur 、all kinds of salts etc .It can make the materials turning over、throwing or scattering , and contact with the hot air amply .It’s drying speed is faster, and the manufacture ability is also very good .So it applies to the processing of the chemistry 、foodstuff etc widely. The assignment of the design is the turning around section of serial 1000×8000mm .The turning of tubeshaped object depends on the gears .The weight is sustained with two supporting wheels .The supporting wheels is sustained with two bearing .The funtion of lifting of board is to turn over the matters.
