當(dāng)今的世界,制造業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有十分重要的地位,機(jī)械制造業(yè)更加是制造業(yè)中的支柱與核心。
2 國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況、水平和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)
當(dāng)今世界,工業(yè)國(guó)家數(shù)控機(jī)床的擁有量可以反映這個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)能力和國(guó)防實(shí)力。機(jī)電一體化在國(guó)外迅猛發(fā)張。西方工業(yè)國(guó)家的數(shù)控機(jī)床占有率一般能達(dá)到20%左右。
當(dāng)前數(shù)控車床主要呈現(xiàn)以下發(fā)展趨勢(shì):高速、高精密化 ,高可靠性。數(shù)控車床設(shè)計(jì)電子化、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模塊化,功能復(fù)合整合化。數(shù)控車床技術(shù)中高速、精密是機(jī)床發(fā)展永恒的目標(biāo)。

1 任務(wù)內(nèi)容及參數(shù)
任務(wù)內(nèi)容:通過對(duì)數(shù)控車床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)綜述,對(duì)數(shù)控車床進(jìn)給部件及其相關(guān)零件設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行論證。根據(jù)相關(guān)參數(shù),對(duì)數(shù)控車床進(jìn)給部件結(jié)構(gòu)及其零件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),了解數(shù)控車床的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),對(duì)數(shù)控車床進(jìn)給部件的強(qiáng)度和剛度進(jìn)行校核,根據(jù)校核結(jié)果,修正進(jìn)給部件的有關(guān)部件。

On the NC lathe
CNC machine tool numerical control machine tools (Computer numerical control machine tools) abbreviation, is provided with a program control system of automatic machine tools.
