剝殼機(jī)的介紹
1.擠壓式蓮子剝殼機(jī)
擠壓式蓮子剝殼機(jī)最早的模型為雙輥式蓮子剝殼設(shè)備。設(shè)備中一輥為帶有橡膠層的旋轉(zhuǎn)圓柱體, 另一與之相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的輥上帶有三角形刀刃的多個(gè)盤(pán)形圓片組成。使蓮子通過(guò)兩輥的中縫時(shí),切開(kāi)蓮殼。然而幾經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn),蓮子僅被刀刃劃破了部分外殼。由于在兩輥之間的加工區(qū)較短,蓮子不可能在其中滾上一兩圈,因而使蓮殼的切破率大大降低[5]。浙江大學(xué)的鄭傳祥教授,對(duì)于前人提出的擠壓式蓮子剝殼機(jī)原理進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn),從而在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了一種更能適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的高效蓮子剝殼機(jī)。完善了擠壓式的雙輥技術(shù)。利用高速刀具對(duì)蓮子外殼進(jìn)行切割、擠壓使其脫殼, 同時(shí)增加了脫殼切割的刀具數(shù)量, 使其更適合機(jī)械該機(jī)型可以將蓮子按照其顆粒大小分化生產(chǎn)[6-7]。類(lèi)后進(jìn)行脫殼,使蓮子生產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)在機(jī)械化的道路上向前邁進(jìn)了一大步。
2.摩擦式蓮子剝殼機(jī)
旋轉(zhuǎn)圓桶式脫殼機(jī)是比較早期的摩擦式剝殼機(jī),其在中部旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上裝有盤(pán)形刀片,外桶固定在機(jī)架上,其內(nèi)壁上襯有適當(dāng)厚度的橡膠層。蓮子進(jìn)入后,隨旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的帶動(dòng),在內(nèi)壁與轉(zhuǎn)軸的刀片中滾動(dòng),蓮殼在橡膠層的襯墊下被轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的盤(pán)形刀片切破,然后從其夾縫中掉出[5]。但是由于被切破的蓮殼均牢牢的粘附在蓮肉上,為使蓮殼與蓮肉分離, 還得專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)搓殼機(jī)。為了克服旋轉(zhuǎn)圓桶式蓮子脫殼機(jī)固有缺陷,在其基礎(chǔ)上,6JD-400 型蓮子剝殼機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)成三個(gè)加工段——破殼段、搓殼段及軟搓殼段。每小時(shí)每臺(tái)可加工 70 kg,脫殼率平均為 75%以上, 出蓮肉完好率平均 9 5% 以上,且篩分率大于 90 %,蓮子損害率小于 4 % 以下,但每副刀片使用 5~ 6班需重磨一次[3]。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,6JD-400 型蓮子剝殼機(jī)性能穩(wěn)定可靠,自動(dòng)化程度高,便于操作。
