摘要
塔式起重機是為了滿足高層建筑施工、設備安裝而設計的新型起重運輸機械，本次設計的塔式起重機為水平臂架，小車變幅，上回轉(zhuǎn)自升式多用途塔機。該機能夠隨建筑高度的升高而加升，具有占地面積小和拆裝方便等優(yōu)點，塔機上部能借助于液壓頂升機構(gòu)，根據(jù)施工的建筑物的增高而相應地升高，使司機操作方便，視野寬并始終保持高清晰。
本設計的題目是QTZ40塔式起重機—變幅系統(tǒng)的設計，主要設計理念是通過參照同類塔式起重機進行設計。此次設計的QTZ40塔式起重機形式為上回轉(zhuǎn)液壓頂升自動加節(jié)，固定式高度為30米，在附著狀態(tài)下可達到100米，其工作幅度為40米。本機性能先進，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作使用安全可靠．其主要特點是起重高度大，工作幅度寬。
本設計書主要包括三部分：第一部分是QTZ40塔式起重機總體方案的選擇及總體設計計算過程；第二部分是變幅機構(gòu)的設計與計算：包括變幅機構(gòu)的形式、確定卷筒尺寸、選擇電動機、減速器、制動器、聯(lián)軸器；驗算實際變幅速度 驗算起、制動時間；電動機發(fā)熱驗算；卷筒強度的計算；第三部分是變幅小車的設計：包括變幅小車的形式、變幅小車的強度計算。

The design of the topic was QTZ40 tower crane-minus its finite luffing system design. My design concept is refered to similar crane under design QTZ40 crane. There are many forms, the design form for the promotion and hydraulic automatic increase in fixed for 30 meters in height, which can achieve 100, the rate is 40 meters. The crane have good performance, logical structure and operation of using safe ． Its main characteristics are lifting a great job in the wide ．
This design mainly includes three parts: the first is the QTZ40 tower crane overall scheme selection and overall design calculation process;
