手機上蓋注塑模具設(shè)計與仿真加工

摘要:注塑模具CAD技術(shù)是指在注塑模具設(shè)計過程中采用CAD系統(tǒng)來輔助設(shè)計人員進行模具設(shè)計,以便提高模具設(shè)計的水平和效率。注塑模具CAD系統(tǒng)是在通用CAD系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,加載了注塑模具知識和設(shè)計經(jīng)驗?zāi)K,支持注塑模具設(shè)計的基本流程。
隨著科學的發(fā)展,各種產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代速度越來越快,而產(chǎn)品的更新是以新產(chǎn)品的造型設(shè)計和模具的設(shè)計、制造與更新為前提的。模具的設(shè)計是模具更新的基礎(chǔ),模具設(shè)計工作與產(chǎn)品的更新信息相關(guān)。傳統(tǒng)的手工設(shè)計模式已經(jīng)不能很好地適應(yīng)時代的需要,計算機輔助設(shè)計與制造已成為許多大型CAD/CAM/CAE軟件追求的目標。而在眾多輔助設(shè)計制造軟件中,Unigraphics 軟件是當今世界較先進、面向制造業(yè)的綜合軟件。
本設(shè)計首先采用UG軟件進行注塑件的三維實體造型,針對手機上蓋的具體外形尺寸,應(yīng)用基于特征的實體建模和自由形狀建模等知識,使用體素特征、掃描特征、成形特征、特征操作等具體的操作步驟逐步生成手機上蓋。其次,利用UG軟件中的Mold wizard工具對手機上蓋進行拆模,并且對手機上蓋模具的模架、定位環(huán)、推桿、澆口、合模導向機構(gòu)、抽芯機構(gòu)、澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)等進行了設(shè)計。最后,利用UG軟件中的CAM功能對凸模進行仿真加工并生成手機上蓋凸模的NC加工程序。

The traditional manual design model has not well adapted to the needs of the times, computer-aided design and manufacturing has become many large CAD / CAM / CAE software goal. Assisted in the design and manufacturing of many software, Unigraphics software is the world's more advanced and comprehensive software for the manufacturing industry.
The design of the first injection molded parts using UG software three-dimensional solid modeling,mobile shelters for the specific dimensions,application of feature-based modeling and free modeling the shape of knowledge, use of voxel features, scanning features, shape features, feature operation and other concrete steps to gradually build mobile phone cover. Secondly, the use of UG software Mold wizard tools mobile phone cover for form removal, and mold on the mobile phone cover mold, positioning ring, putter,gate, mold-oriented institutions, core pulling mechanism, gating system, cooling system is designed. Finally, UG CAM software features simulation of the punch process and generate the NC cell phone cover punch processing.
