摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)主要論述了運(yùn)用PLC技術(shù)來(lái)控制復(fù)合化肥混合比例的生產(chǎn)線是將機(jī)電相結(jié)合的在生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)具有代表意義的控制系統(tǒng)。它涉及機(jī)械工程、電子技術(shù)、電力電子技術(shù)、電機(jī)與拖動(dòng)理論、自動(dòng)控制理論、電力拖動(dòng)控制技術(shù)等多個(gè)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域。隨著微電子技術(shù)和電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展完善,交流調(diào)速技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,并日趨成熟。因此,在PLC對(duì)生產(chǎn)線控制的技術(shù)上,已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)出用交流調(diào)速方式取代直流調(diào)速方式的趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的以傳感器微機(jī)式皮帶秤的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),采用微機(jī)智能化皮帶秤。采用西門(mén)子S7系列PLC與速度傳感器及森蘭系列變頻器控制,采用已趨成熟的交流變壓變頻(VVVF)調(diào)速方式,控制相同型號(hào)的三個(gè)皮帶秤實(shí)現(xiàn)以調(diào)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。測(cè)速傳感器將輸送帶的速度轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),再通過(guò)模擬模塊進(jìn)行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,以V/F的調(diào)頻方式,通過(guò)PLC控制實(shí)現(xiàn)皮帶秤的自動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、自動(dòng)對(duì)傳感器信號(hào)的采集進(jìn)行積算、反饋,從而達(dá)到自動(dòng)調(diào)速的目的、其中還包括自動(dòng)控制混合器和運(yùn)輸機(jī)的自動(dòng)控制等功能。

Abstract
This system expound mainly how to apply PLC technology to control the productive line of compound fertilizer’s proportional mixing is provided representative control system which combines machinery and power-generating equipment in the product field. It refers to many branch of learning field. Such as the mechanical engineering、electronic technology、electric power technology、electrical machinery and drag theory、automatic theory、electric power drag control technology. Accompany the development and improvement of microelectronic technology、electrics technology and alternating speed governor technology. It becomes mature more and more. Consequently, to apply the PLC technology to control the productive line, it appears the tread that the alternating speed governor technology replaces the direct speed governor technology. This system’s design is the alternating speed governor technology. In connection with traditional sensor microcomputer driving belts, it is improved to the microcomputer intelligence and ability driving belt. To use the PLC of the S200 series、velocity sensor and frequency conversion instrument of Sen Lan series. To use the speed governor of the VVVF to control the same type driving belts. The monitor velocity sensor transform the belt velocity to transform the A/D by the imitation module to the electric signal, then to use the PLC technology to control the automatic belt drive、to accumulate、feedback of the sensor single to achieve the automatic speed governor. Also, PLC technology controls the mixture machine and the transport machine.
