南京蘇源熱電有限公司2×300MW機(jī)組工程#4鍋爐煙風(fēng)系統(tǒng)安裝按平衡通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì),滿足一次風(fēng)機(jī)、送風(fēng)機(jī)、吸風(fēng)機(jī)在鍋爐低負(fù)荷工況或一側(cè)風(fēng)機(jī)故障時(shí)單側(cè)運(yùn)行,空預(yù)器進(jìn)出口煙風(fēng)道上均設(shè)有隔離門。送風(fēng)機(jī)采用50容量的動(dòng)葉可調(diào)軸流風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),吸風(fēng)機(jī)采用靜葉可調(diào)軸流風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),一次風(fēng)機(jī)采用50容量的定速單吸離心風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái)。
制粉系統(tǒng)采用中速磨冷一次風(fēng)機(jī)正壓直吹式。其密封系統(tǒng)采用母管制的密封風(fēng)系統(tǒng),每臺(tái)爐設(shè)2臺(tái)離心式密封風(fēng)機(jī),一臺(tái)運(yùn)行,一臺(tái)為備用狀態(tài)。
施工任務(wù)是安裝南京蘇源熱電有限公司二期2×300MW機(jī)組#4鍋爐的送風(fēng)機(jī)、吸風(fēng)機(jī)、一次風(fēng)機(jī)、密封風(fēng)機(jī)。
其工程量為
動(dòng)葉可調(diào)軸流式送風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),配套6KV大功率電動(dòng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),配備液壓潤滑油站兩套;
靜葉可調(diào)軸流式吸風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),配套6KV大功率電動(dòng)機(jī)兩臺(tái);
單吸離心式一次風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),配套6KV大功率電動(dòng)機(jī)兩臺(tái);
單吸離心式密封風(fēng)機(jī)兩臺(tái),配套380V電動(dòng)機(jī)兩臺(tái);
根據(jù)施工圖紙要求:送風(fēng)機(jī)、吸風(fēng)機(jī)、一次風(fēng)機(jī)、磨煤機(jī)密封風(fēng)機(jī)都布置在鍋爐房零米層,送風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)稱布置在爐架兩側(cè)預(yù)熱器冷空氣倉的位置,中心線與鍋爐縱向中心線垂直,其起重機(jī)械擴(kuò)側(cè)應(yīng)為HB36B建筑塔吊,固側(cè)應(yīng)為KH180履帶吊;吸風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)稱布置在電除塵器后面,中心線與鍋爐縱向中心線平行,其起重機(jī)械為KH180履帶吊;一次風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)稱布置在預(yù)熱器出口水平煙道的下方,其起重機(jī)械為KH180履帶吊;密封風(fēng)機(jī)布置在爐內(nèi)預(yù)熱器進(jìn)口空氣管道的下方,用卷揚(yáng)機(jī)進(jìn)行配合安裝。
在施工作業(yè)中具體的步驟如下
1.AN軸流式吸風(fēng)機(jī)作業(yè)方法
該類風(fēng)機(jī)安裝的一般性規(guī)律,是以機(jī)殼裝配(后導(dǎo)葉和葉輪外殼)為基準(zhǔn)和固定端;其進(jìn)氣箱、集氣器和前導(dǎo)葉為前(近電機(jī)方向)熱膨脹滑動(dòng)端,其擴(kuò)壓器和擴(kuò)壓器芯筒為向后(遠(yuǎn)電機(jī)方向)熱膨脹滑動(dòng)端。
其具體安裝順序步驟和要求如下:
1.1將全部機(jī)件存放于基礎(chǔ)附近,清理雜物,除去毛刺,準(zhǔn)備起吊設(shè)施。
1.2基礎(chǔ)清理干凈,檢查各部分基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)高、各基礎(chǔ)孔尺寸;將各部分墊鐵、基礎(chǔ)板與支腿連接后安放好?;A(chǔ)板找平,檢查標(biāo)高。
1.3將機(jī)殼裝配(后導(dǎo)葉組件與葉輪外殼組件)并在一起聯(lián)好后吊入預(yù)定位置,穿好地腳螺栓。用框式水平儀找正機(jī)殼裝配的垂直度和水平度。同時(shí),保持機(jī)殼軸線與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出口管道一致。
1.4粗找正后,可對(duì)后導(dǎo)葉組件和葉輪外殼組件的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行一次灌漿。水泥達(dá)到規(guī)定硬度后,復(fù)查找正情況;無誤后緊固地腳螺栓達(dá)到所需力矩。
1.5將擴(kuò)壓器外殼下半部聯(lián)好后吊入預(yù)定位置,一面與后導(dǎo)葉外殼法蘭螺栓相連,另一面將支腿園弧板與支腿和擴(kuò)壓器外殼分段點(diǎn)焊,焊牢。
1.6依次聯(lián)接小集流器、前導(dǎo)葉組件、大集流器、進(jìn)氣箱各部件下半部。注意:按要求在法蘭間加密封材料,其進(jìn)氣箱支腿和圓弧調(diào)整好位置后電焊點(diǎn)牢。注意在前后支腿點(diǎn)焊以前,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格保證其機(jī)殼裝配的垂直度,防止外懸重力過大,防止傾斜及機(jī)殼裝配地腳螺栓松動(dòng),
如吊裝就位時(shí)不能及時(shí)點(diǎn)焊支腿,應(yīng)用枕木和千斤頂支牢,以保證安全。
1.7按總裝圖要求對(duì)進(jìn)氣箱滑動(dòng)支腿和擴(kuò)壓器滑動(dòng)支腿安裝。注意螺栓頭部外露部分適當(dāng)加長,以后要加一滑動(dòng)壓板位置(如總裝圖示)。支腿和支腿圓弧板焊接時(shí)注意對(duì)稱分段焊接,以減少焊接變形。
1.8安裝主軸承座,按要求加裝防松墊,按規(guī)定力矩?cái)Q緊聯(lián)接螺栓;擰緊后按圖安裝徑向測溫元件。按圖安裝前后冷風(fēng)罩和軸向測溫元件,其中錐形冷風(fēng)罩上半部分可最后裝。
1.9吊裝葉輪,按規(guī)定力矩緊固壓蓋螺栓,盤車檢查輪轂與后導(dǎo)葉芯筒間的軸間隙,葉頂與機(jī)殼內(nèi)壁間的徑向間隙尺寸。
1.10葉輪側(cè)半聯(lián)軸器(Form03)與葉輪連接,按規(guī)定力矩?cái)Q緊螺栓。
1.11按圖示安裝電機(jī)端聯(lián)軸器(Form01),將電機(jī)粗定位于預(yù)定位置。
1.12吊裝傳扭中間軸,其擰緊力矩應(yīng)達(dá)到要求。吊裝前建議在電機(jī)端準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)門形架,其轉(zhuǎn)軸與葉輪端聯(lián)好后,另一端用滑輪吊在門形架中,調(diào)好高度,盡早與電機(jī)端聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)好。注意:在吊裝過程中當(dāng)葉輪端聯(lián)好后,另一端偏移距離不得超過5㎜。否則將對(duì)膜片聯(lián)軸器的彈性性能造成不良影響,甚至可能造成聯(lián)軸器損壞。
1.13按AN系列軸流風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸系找正原理示意圖:以葉輪端半聯(lián)軸器和電機(jī)主軸水平為基準(zhǔn),找平找正。應(yīng)保證葉輪端后導(dǎo)葉組件中主軸承座位置的熱膨脹補(bǔ)償量,即電機(jī)水平位置的預(yù)抬量(具體數(shù)據(jù)見總裝圖)。應(yīng)以兩個(gè)聯(lián)軸器膜片間的張口值來保證,其張口值大小,可通過計(jì)算得知;按一般的比例,其張口值約0.20㎜(因煙氣溫度也是控制在一定范圍內(nèi))即可。
1.14電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)、進(jìn)氣箱基礎(chǔ)、擴(kuò)壓器基礎(chǔ)二次灌漿,達(dá)到規(guī)定硬度后擰緊地腳螺栓,復(fù)查張口數(shù)值。
1.15組裝擴(kuò)壓器芯筒,傳扭中間軸護(hù)管,軸封筒等。
1.16組裝冷風(fēng)管護(hù)筒,冷風(fēng)管路安裝,油管安裝。
1.17進(jìn)氣箱、大集流器、前導(dǎo)葉、小集流器等上半部、擴(kuò)壓器上半部安裝。注意各法蘭之間加裝密封材料,須現(xiàn)場封焊的圓法蘭及對(duì)口板外不加密封材料(參見風(fēng)機(jī)總裝圖)。
1.18調(diào)整前,導(dǎo)葉開啟程度應(yīng)基本保持一致,建議在0度時(shí)(即前導(dǎo)葉葉片與主軸中心線平行時(shí))調(diào)整和檢查。
1.19安裝前導(dǎo)葉操作執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),注意葉片開啟,機(jī)殼外的指示執(zhí)行器的指示應(yīng)保持一致。
1.20按圖紙要求安裝冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)、加油裝置、現(xiàn)場測溫、測振裝置、防喘振報(bào)警裝置(若有)等(具體見各裝配圖)。
1.21安裝進(jìn)出口膨脹節(jié)、內(nèi)外保溫防護(hù)層,整個(gè)風(fēng)機(jī)與管道系統(tǒng)連接。
1.22軸向預(yù)拉量的調(diào)整
由于該類風(fēng)機(jī)在熱態(tài)工況時(shí),煙溫較高,傳扭中間軸較長,其軸熱膨脹量較大(約5~10MM)。因此在冷態(tài)安裝時(shí)應(yīng)將單個(gè)聯(lián)軸器的安裝間隙比自然間隙預(yù)拉開2.5~5MM。
2.1設(shè)備清點(diǎn)、檢查
在設(shè)備到貨的情況下,對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)檢查。
2.2基礎(chǔ)劃線、墊鐵配置,縱橫中心線相對(duì)鍋爐中心線偏差不大于20mm。地腳螺栓箱標(biāo)高誤差不大于10mm,相對(duì)之間誤差不大于2mm。
2.3軸承組安裝
軸承組就位安裝,要求:中心距誤差±5mm,標(biāo)高誤差±10mm,軸承組中心線的水平度公差±0.1mm/m。調(diào)整調(diào)平螺栓,緊固地腳螺栓。
2.4進(jìn)氣室、擴(kuò)散器的安裝
進(jìn)氣室、擴(kuò)散器就位,安裝好地腳螺栓,通過調(diào)整墊鐵使之與主軸承風(fēng)筒對(duì)正,其標(biāo)高允許偏差為0~-10mm,水平度偏差不大于3mm。兩者與主軸承風(fēng)筒之間的間隙按圖紙要求為20mm。
2.5電機(jī)找正和連軸器的安裝
風(fēng)機(jī)和電機(jī)軸線同軸度公差0.05mm。聯(lián)軸器端面之間間隙應(yīng)均勻,間隙偏差不得大于0.08mm。
2.6風(fēng)機(jī)的潤滑
2.6.1油站及油管道安裝中,嚴(yán)格遵照供油裝置的廠家所提出的技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行施工。在需要潤滑的各個(gè)部位,添加圖紙或說明書要求的潤滑油或潤滑脂。
2.6.2管道安裝力求走向合理,工藝美觀,回油管需有3.5°的傾斜。油箱及附件檢查、清洗,油箱用煤油做滲油試驗(yàn),冷油器按其工作壓力的1.25倍作水壓試驗(yàn),附件清洗后,噴油恢復(fù)。
2.6.3對(duì)油管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行油沖洗,沖洗化驗(yàn)合格后方可具備試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的條件。
3.離心風(fēng)機(jī)作業(yè)方法
3.1設(shè)備檢查、檢修:
3.1.1檢查葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向、葉片彎曲方向、機(jī)殼出風(fēng)口角度應(yīng)與圖紙相符(特別注意葉輪的左右旋之分);
3.1.2.機(jī)殼、轉(zhuǎn)子外觀應(yīng)無裂紋、砂眼、漏焊等缺陷;機(jī)殼內(nèi)部耐磨襯板應(yīng)牢固、平整、無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象;
3.1.3.入口調(diào)節(jié)擋板門應(yīng)零件齊全、無變形、損傷,且動(dòng)作靈活同步、固定牢固;
3.1.4.軸承冷卻水室水壓實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)嚴(yán)密不漏,按1.25倍工作壓力進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn);葉輪與軸裝配應(yīng)裝配正確,不松動(dòng);軸承型號(hào)及間隙應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì),用壓保險(xiǎn)絲法檢測各間隙;風(fēng)機(jī)軸承推力間隙應(yīng)在0.3~0.4mm之間,用壓保險(xiǎn)絲檢查,膨脹間隙應(yīng)符合圖紙規(guī)定;安裝時(shí)應(yīng)使軸承縱橫中心偏差≤10mm,軸水平度偏差≤0.1mm/m;
3.1.5.拆卸下來的零件應(yīng)妥善保管按順序編號(hào),放置在干凈的地方,以免帶上雜物,不可碰傷;
3.2離心風(fēng)機(jī)安裝方法
3.2.1.首先,檢查地基的外形尺寸、各預(yù)留空洞的中心尺寸;地基外型尺寸偏差應(yīng)在±20mm范圍內(nèi),各預(yù)留空洞的中心尺寸偏差應(yīng)在±10mm之間;基礎(chǔ)劃線,以主廠房建筑基點(diǎn)或鍋爐縱橫中心線為基準(zhǔn),測得基礎(chǔ)縱橫主中心線偏差應(yīng)在±10mm,中心線距離偏差應(yīng)為±3mm,基礎(chǔ)標(biāo)高應(yīng)在±5mm之間;
3.2.2.鑿平地基,放置地腳螺栓、布置墊鐵,墊鐵組一般為2平1斜3付墊鐵,厚的放下面,斜墊鐵應(yīng)成對(duì)使用;并伸出機(jī)框約20mm;找正后應(yīng)焊牢、不許松動(dòng);墊鐵應(yīng)放置在設(shè)備主受力臺(tái)板、機(jī)框立筋處或地腳螺栓兩側(cè),在不影響二次灌漿的情況下盡量靠近地腳螺栓孔;
3.2.3.機(jī)殼下半部粗定位:注意廠家的安裝標(biāo)記,通?!癆”、“B”號(hào)各位一臺(tái),就位前注意區(qū)分與進(jìn)出口風(fēng)管的關(guān)系、葉輪旋向等;
3.2.4將集流器喇叭口插入葉輪內(nèi)用鐵絲固定后,將整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)組吊入預(yù)定位置;安裝地腳螺栓,地腳螺栓的彎曲度應(yīng)≤L/100(L為地腳螺栓的長度),地腳螺栓底端不應(yīng)接觸孔底、孔壁。地腳螺栓應(yīng)受力均勻、并螺栓外露2~3扣;然后松開鐵絲將集流器下部與機(jī)殼下半部用螺栓固定初步調(diào)整葉輪與喇叭口的間隙。
3.2.5.風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)組找平、找正:風(fēng)機(jī)主軸與軸承座之間的垂直度采用如下方法找正:將磁力座貼在主軸上,將百分表表頭指向軸承外圈或軸承座彈位端面上(既上端蓋加工面上);此時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)主軸一周以上其表針讀數(shù)不大于0.15mm即可,此讀數(shù)值為該軸承座與主軸的垂直情況。
3.2.6.電動(dòng)機(jī)找平、找正:調(diào)整風(fēng)機(jī)與電機(jī)主軸同軸度(既聯(lián)軸器找平找正)。用三塊百分表找正,軸向兩塊、徑向一塊;每盤動(dòng)軸90度,記錄數(shù)據(jù),測量其上下左右的讀數(shù),調(diào)整同軸度,使其誤差≤0.05mm;且兩靠背輪之間應(yīng)有10mm間隙。找正后,復(fù)查軸中心高度等部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),做好記錄。
3.2.7.在風(fēng)機(jī)找正后,進(jìn)行機(jī)殼上半部扣蓋、集流器與機(jī)殼安裝就位,兩機(jī)殼之間應(yīng)墊石棉繩;擰緊連接螺栓,四邊螺栓應(yīng)受力均勻;以葉輪為基準(zhǔn),再次調(diào)整葉輪與喇叭口的間隙。
3.2.8.安裝進(jìn)氣箱、入口調(diào)節(jié)擋板門和風(fēng)機(jī)其余部分,調(diào)節(jié)擋板轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,否則應(yīng)加潤滑油轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、直至轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活方能安裝;安裝時(shí)葉板應(yīng)固定牢靠,與外殼有充分的膨脹間隙;調(diào)節(jié)操作裝置應(yīng)靈活正確,動(dòng)作一致、開度指示標(biāo)記與實(shí)際相符;要注意開啟方向,不可裝反,進(jìn)氣方向與葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相同。
3.2.9.冷卻水、潤滑油管道布置應(yīng)符合圖紙要求,布置正確、美觀,且管道內(nèi)不得有雜物。
