摘 要
隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,專用車輛已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)行業(yè),并發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。作為專用車輛中最高端的產(chǎn)品類型之一,高空作業(yè)車的產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和性能質(zhì)量的需求也在不斷提高。高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車屬于高空作業(yè)車高空作業(yè)車是運(yùn)送人員和器材到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)并進(jìn)行空中作業(yè)的專用車輛。通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校高位舉升路燈維護(hù)車的使用情況的調(diào)研,了解設(shè)計(jì)其過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,并提出改進(jìn)方案,用增加自動(dòng)限制幅度、高度、載荷、角度、支腿的穩(wěn)定性等安全措施提高學(xué)校高位舉升路燈為回車的安全性,并運(yùn)用材料力學(xué)、理論力學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)和計(jì)算方法,在滿足材料強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性的條件下,設(shè)計(jì)既經(jīng)濟(jì)又安全的金屬結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化車輛的設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)現(xiàn)并更正設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,完善設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校高位路燈維護(hù)車的改裝,從而研制出一種高穩(wěn)定性、高可靠性、高適用性的好產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校高位路燈維護(hù)車的改裝設(shè)計(jì)究能夠使學(xué)生了解專用汽車改裝設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)本課題的研究,學(xué)生可以運(yùn)用所學(xué)的汽車構(gòu)造,專用汽車改造,汽車?yán)碚?,汽車設(shè)計(jì)等專業(yè)知識(shí),加深對(duì)汽車專業(yè)技能的理解理論課程的實(shí)踐總結(jié),獲得一定的工程設(shè)計(jì)工作方法。

ABSTRACT
With the development of social economy, special vehicles have been widely used in various industries, and is playing the more and more vital role. As a special vehicles in one of the top product type, aloft working car quantity and quality of the products in demand performance improve continuously. High street maintenance vehicle belong to lift aerial work car aloft working car is transport personnel and equipment to the scene and special vehicles air operations. Through the school high street maintenance vehicle use lift on the basis of investigation of understanding design the process problem, and put forward the improvement scheme, with increased automatic limit range, height, load, Angle, and a leg of stability and other security measures to improve school high for the safety of lifting street lamps, and using enter the mechanics of materials, theoretical mechanics theory basis and calculation method, and to meet material strength, stiffness and stability conditions, design both economical and safe metal structure, and optimize the design found and corrected vehicle design flaws and perfecting the design scheme, through to the school high street lamp maintenance vehicle modified and developed a high stability, high reliability, high applicability of good products.
