對輥機電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
摘 要
對輥機也叫雙輥破碎機或者輥式破碎機,是利用高強度耐磨合金磨輥相對旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的高擠壓力來破碎物料。物料進(jìn)入破碎腔以后,受到磨輥的相對旋轉(zhuǎn)的擠壓力作用,在擠軋和嚙磨下,將物料破碎成理想顆粒排出。用于在水泥,化工,電力,冶金,建材,耐火材料等工業(yè)部門,破碎中等硬度的物料。
科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,極大地推動了不同學(xué)科的交叉與滲透,導(dǎo)致了工程領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)革命與改造,使工業(yè)生產(chǎn)邁入了機電一體化的發(fā)展階段,也為對輥機電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了強硬的技術(shù)支持。本次設(shè)計中,在安全性方面,采用了對射式光電開關(guān)進(jìn)行控制,并且通過在控制現(xiàn)場設(shè)置啟動、停止按鈕來進(jìn)一步對安全性進(jìn)行提高;在可靠性方面,采用先起動冷卻泵電動機再啟動主電動機的控制方法,很大程度上延長了對輥機的使用壽命。
本次設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要有四部分:
首先,通過對輥機電氣控制系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查分析和實際情況,確定最合理的電氣控制系統(tǒng);
其次,通過框架系統(tǒng)、傳動系統(tǒng)和間隙調(diào)整系統(tǒng)的分析比較,確定傳動形式及電動機的型號;
再次,通過計算各電氣元器件的參數(shù),確定其型號;
最后,電氣控制系統(tǒng)的工藝設(shè)計和電氣控制柜的設(shè)計。
本設(shè)計是在已有的對輥機電氣控制系統(tǒng)和實際工程需要的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,經(jīng)過改進(jìn)后可以應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn),具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。

The Electrical System Design for the Roller Machine

Abstract
The roller machine is also called as roll-on roll crusher or dual-roll crusher,which squeezes the material to use the high pressure of high trength wear-resi-stant alloys roller relative rotation.After the material enters the crushing chamber,the material is squeezed by the roller of the relative rotation.In rolling mill,the materials will be broken into particles. It is used in cement, chemicals, power, metallurgy, building materials, refractories, and other industrial sectors, for braking middle hardness of materials.
The continuous development of science and technology, which greatly promoted the cross-penetration of different disciplines, has led to the technological revolution and the transformation of the fields of engineering, industrial production has entered a stage of development of mechatronics , but also for the roller machine electrical control system designa strong technical support. This design, in terms of security, control of the photoelectric switch on the radio, and through the control field is set to start and stop buttons to improve further on the security; in terms of reliability, the first motor starter cooling pump start the main motor control method, greatly extending the service life of the roller machine.
The design elements have four parts.
Firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the electrical control system of the roller machine,I determine reasonably the disign plan of the electrical control system.
Secondly, through the compare and analysis of the frame system, transmission system and gap adjustment system ,I determine the transmission form and model of electromotor.
Thirdly, through the parameters of the electrical components ,I determine their type.
Finally,I finish the design of the electrical control system and the design of electrical control cabinet.
This design is based on the electrical control system of the roller machine and the actual works. Through improving,it can be applied to industrial production and have a certain value.
