捷達汽車排氣裝置實驗臺使用說明及注意事項
在使用本實驗臺前,請仔細閱讀實驗臺使用說明及注意事項,按照規(guī)范操作,防止損壞實驗臺或對實驗人員人身傷害。
一、實驗臺使用說明
1.電源連接
將電瓶正負極線分別連接,先負后正。
將開關鑰匙打到ON位置,實驗臺啟動。
2.點火開關
將開關鑰匙打到ON位置,實驗臺啟動。
開關旋至OFF位置時,實驗臺停轉。
3.消聲器更換
用于更換不同車型的消聲器來進行測試時,要注意旋轉開關到OFF位置,使實驗臺轉后,在更換不同型號的消聲器。
二、注意事項
1.實驗臺使用的電源有12V蓄電池直流電源,請勿使用不同規(guī)格電源,以防止損壞元器件。
2.因為該設備采用12V電源,故使用該設備前為了防止漏電、靜電和損壞電器元件,設備本身一定要接地。設備用完后請及時斷電。
3.設備運轉時,請與發(fā)動機旋轉部件保持足夠的安全距離,以防對人體造成傷害。
4.進行排氣管上氧傳感器安裝時,請勿破壞別的線路的連接。
5.使用結束后,請關閉點火開關,斷開蓄電池連線。
6.其他相關事項請聽從專業(yè)人員指導。
