摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)主要進(jìn)行汽車膜片彈簧離合器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。首先，分析汽車膜片彈簧離合器發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及膜片彈簧離合器的系統(tǒng)組成和工作原理。然后，對(duì)膜片彈簧離合器部分的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述，并針對(duì)某車型查閱相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而初選推式膜片彈簧離合器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸參數(shù)。之后，根據(jù)推式膜片彈簧離合器的性能要求，確定各主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)，并對(duì)具體尺寸參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、校核、修正。最后，利用Auto-CAD繪制推式膜片彈簧離合器的主要零部件的零件圖及系統(tǒng)裝配圖。
