、oration.May I help you?ABC 一般接起電話的人通常會(huì)先報(bào)公司的名字 ABC corporation,然后再說,May I help you? How can I help you?(我該怎么幫你?),因?yàn)檫@樣的問法表示我該怎么幫你,而非我需不需要幫你?但基本上 May I help you?跟 How can I help you?
Thanks for calling ABC corporation,if you know your partys last name or extention, press 1.If you want to recieve information or publication, press 2.If you want to talk to the operator, press pound sign or remain on the line.(感謝你打電話到 ABC 來,如果你知道你要找的人的姓或是分機(jī)號(hào)碼,請(qǐng)按 1,如果是想要本公司的簡介或出版品,請(qǐng)按 2,如果是要找
、總機(jī),請(qǐng)按#,或是請(qǐng)別掛斷.,不過如果是機(jī)器接的電話,則聽到的多半是這樣,Thank,11,2.And you are? May I talk to your manager?(我能不能跟你們經(jīng)理講話?) Whom I am speaking with?或是 Whom am I talking to?(我正在跟誰講話呢?) And you are?(
This is Benlin.,2.And you are?你是?,12,像是 And you are? 而且事實(shí)上 And you are? 來訪的客人如果說,Im looking for Mr.Wolf.(我要找伍夫先生)接待小姐就可以反問他,And you are?(你是?)
、書上大概學(xué),13,3.Ill put her on the phone.Just a second.,我會(huì)請(qǐng)她聽電話,請(qǐng)等一下.,Put someone on the phone Could you please just put her on the phone?(你能不能請(qǐng)她來聽電話啊?) Ok.Ill put her on the phone.Just
3.Ill put her on the phone.,14,上面講的 put someone on the phone,指的多半是只有一只電話時(shí),但如果像公司里有許多分機(jī),則用轉(zhuǎn)接 transfer 或是 redirect. 或是 Im redirecting your call.(我?guī)湍戕D(zhuǎn)接到分機(jī)給她.) OK.Ill put you through.,上面講的 pu
、t someone on the phone,15,4.Would you mind holding for one minute?,你介不介意稍微等一分鐘啊?,在美國如果有機(jī)會(huì)打電話給客戶服務(wù)(Customer Service)部門,如果沒意外的話都會(huì)聽到以下的電話錄音,All of our representitives are currently busy serving their customers.Your call will be answered in approximate 5 minutes(我們所有的客服人員都在忙著服務(wù)他們的顧客,請(qǐng)等五分鐘后,就會(huì)有人接聽你的電話),然
Please continue to hold, your call is very important to us.(請(qǐng)繼續(xù)等候,你的來電對(duì)我們非常重要). 4.Would you mind holding for,16,如果萬不得已一定要請(qǐng)他稍候,我們要客氣一點(diǎn)地說,Would you mind holding for one minute? Sorry,I am still on the phone.Could you hold for another minute?(對(duì)不起,我還在講電話,能不能再請(qǐng)你稍候一分鐘.),如果萬不得已一定要請(qǐng)他稍候,我們要客氣一點(diǎn)地說,Wou,17,5.Hes out for lunch.Would y
