1、 貧貧 血血Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin in them is below normal.Hemoglobin is a protein which facilitates the transport of oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.貧血是一種紅細(xì)胞的數(shù)量或他們中的血紅蛋白低于正常值的情況。 血紅蛋白是一種把氧從肺輸送到身體的其他部位的蛋白質(zhì)。 When a person is an
2、emic, there is a diminished supply of oxygen to the rest of the body as a result of the reduction in the number of red blood cells and the hemoglobin in them. 當(dāng)一個(gè)人貧血時(shí),血紅細(xì)胞的數(shù)目和血紅蛋白的數(shù)目會(huì)減少,從而造成供應(yīng)到身體的其他部位的氧氣量減少。 Nearly half the blood flowing in our veins and arteries consists of red blood cells which ca

Each person should have

10、孔呼吸進(jìn)食滋補(bǔ),易消化的食物。 食用富含鐵,維生素D和維生素B群食物,如蘿卜,紅棗,西紅柿。推薦石榴,無(wú)花果,蘋(píng)果,梨,牛奶,香蕉,杏,芒果,黃油可以攝取Nourishing, easily digestible diet should be taken.Sufficient amount of iron vitamin D and vitamin B complex in food should be included, as radish, dates, tomatoes.Pomegranates, figs, apples, pears, milk, bananas, apricots,
11、 rip mangoes, butter should be taken.Juice of pineapple/ pomegranate, beetroot, carrot apple, spinach and banana shake should be take in diet.Sprouts, wheat, whole grains, raw vegetables, organic jaggery, honey soya milk should be taken. Lemon, amla, orange in your diet.菠蘿,石榴汁,甜菜,胡蘿卜,蘋(píng)果,菠菜,香蕉震動(dòng)應(yīng)攝取。豆
12、芽,小麥,粗糧,生的蔬菜,有機(jī)原汁,蜂蜜豆?jié){應(yīng)攝取。 在你的飲食中可加入檸檬,印度醋栗 ,橘子Eat green and leafy vegetables daily both the times such as spinach, radish, horsemint, coriander, fenugreek in your diet.Almond, raisin, groundnut, coconut, chestnut and cashew nut are also helpful in anemia.在你的日常飲食中,多吃綠色和綠葉蔬菜,如菠菜,蘿卜,薄荷,香菜,胡蘆巴。 杏仁,葡萄干,花生,椰果,栗子,腰果等也對(duì)貧血有益。 Go for morning walk while the sun is rises and practice the deep breathing.Morning time sitting in the sun , message with mustard oil 5 to 10 minutes清晨太陽(yáng)升起來(lái)時(shí),步行,及練習(xí)深呼吸。 上午的時(shí)間,坐在太陽(yáng)下,用芥末油按摩5至10分鐘 BYE BYE BYEBYE
