Step I Warm-up
Greetings. Gr
4、eet the students using “Good morning/ Good afternoon / Hello /Hi …”
Conclude the simple ways to make greetings.
Step II Presentation
1. Activity 1a
Look at the picture in 1a and write English words for the things in the picture.
Ask each group leader to make a report to see which group has th

Ask some students to introduce themselves using ‘I’m…“ or”My name is …“
Then ask students to read the conversation in picture together. Explain some language points.
2. Activity 1b
Ask students to look at 1b and read the conversations.
Listen to1b first, students pay attention to

Listen to 1b again, students number the conversations.
Check the answers and ask some pairs to practice 1b.
3. Activity 1c
Ask students to practice 1b with a partner using their own names.
Then, invite some pairs to act out their conversations.
