洗發(fā)水瓶蓋注塑成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:本次模具設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是“洗發(fā)液瓶蓋注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)”。這個(gè)制品的結(jié)構(gòu)近似一個(gè)殼體，主蓋與其上面的小蓋以鉸鏈相連，打開后，小蓋固定在一特定位置，合上后與主蓋成一整體。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容是從零件的工藝分析開始的，根據(jù)工藝要求來(lái)確定設(shè)計(jì)的大體思路。其開始是從零件的材料選擇，接下是成型參數(shù)、密度、收縮率的確定，模具種類與模具設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)系、塑件的尺寸精度與結(jié)構(gòu)、注射機(jī)的選擇、模具設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)尺寸的計(jì)算（包括模具行腔型芯的計(jì)算及其公差的確定）、注塑機(jī)參數(shù)的校核、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、模具冷卻、加熱系統(tǒng)計(jì)算、注射模標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用及總裝技術(shù)要求等內(nèi)容。
其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是這次設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容，其內(nèi)容包含了模具的分型面選擇、主流道及分流道的設(shè)計(jì)與布局，推出機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu),鉸鏈的設(shè)計(jì)等一系列模具的重要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)加工方法和加工注意要點(diǎn)。
塑料瓶蓋的材料選用聚丙烯。首先用UG進(jìn)行洗發(fā)水瓶蓋的三維造型，利用CAD/CAE作出輔助分析，通過(guò)查閱各種資料，完成包括形狀及尺寸方面的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)算，然后根據(jù)洗發(fā)水瓶蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了模具的型芯、型腔、脫模及整體結(jié)構(gòu)。此模具的結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜，動(dòng)模和定模都采用了鑲拼結(jié)構(gòu)。由于生產(chǎn)批量較大，采用一模兩腔、對(duì)排的布置方式。由于聚丙烯對(duì)熱較敏感，且此塑件的壁厚較薄，經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算此設(shè)計(jì)可以不必加設(shè)冷卻水道。此外，為了縮短模具的生產(chǎn)周期，提高生產(chǎn)率，本設(shè)計(jì)在很多地方采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，例如模架，導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套。

And then the cap of shampoo bottle in accordance with the structural characteristics of the design of the mold the core, cavity, and the overall structure of molding. The structure of this mold is rather complex, the dynamic and determined mold are both adopted composite structure. As the polypropylene is more sensitive to heat, and the thinner wall thickness of plastic parts, in this design can be calculated do not need additional cooling water. In addition, in order to shorten the production cycle of mold, and improve productivity, the design adopts standard in many places , such as mold, lead guide sets of columns.
