芯子隔套沖壓成型工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要：本論文介紹了拉深的成形方法和條件，拉深是利用拉深模在壓力機(jī)的壓力作用下，將平板坯料或空心工序件制成開口空心件的加工方法。旋轉(zhuǎn)體拉深時(shí)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析，還有拉深過程中的 起皺和拉裂。拉深件毛坯的尺寸計(jì)算，和工藝計(jì)算，以及拉深次數(shù)的計(jì)算。
拉深模結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)較簡單。根據(jù)拉深模使用的壓力機(jī)類型不同，拉深模可分為單動(dòng)壓力機(jī)用拉深模和雙動(dòng)壓力機(jī)拉深模；根據(jù)拉深順序分為首次拉深和以后各次拉深；根據(jù)工序組合可分為單工序拉深、復(fù)合工序拉深和連續(xù)工序拉深；根據(jù)壓料情況可分為有壓邊裝置和無壓邊裝置拉深。從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。
