<p>基于solidworks的汽車(chē)盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含8張CAD圖紙+帶開(kāi)題報(bào)告+文獻(xiàn)綜述+外文翻譯】-clsj07</p><p>基于solidworks的汽車(chē)盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)</p><p>摘要</p><p>本設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)題為基于solidworks的汽車(chē)盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)。在充沛理解制動(dòng)器的構(gòu)造及工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上借助多方面的材料進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、論證再選定相干參數(shù)并進(jìn)行計(jì)算確定詳細(xì)參數(shù)如下:</p><p>制動(dòng)力分配;前軸制動(dòng)力Fu1=4486.3 N 后軸制動(dòng)力 Fu2=9405.2 N</p><p>同步附著系數(shù);=0.7</p><p>制動(dòng)器效能因數(shù);k=0.6</p><p>制動(dòng)力矩:制動(dòng)力矩是制動(dòng)器發(fā)生的,迫使汽車(chē)減速或停止的阻力矩,由該車(chē)所能遇到的最大附著系數(shù);制動(dòng)強(qiáng)度q;車(chē)輪有效半徑;汽車(chē)滿(mǎn)載質(zhì)量G;汽車(chē)軸距L;經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算得出:前輪的制動(dòng)力矩為Mu1=1358.15 N·m 后輪制動(dòng)力矩Mu2=497.2 N·m</p><p>由以上參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算確定主要零部件尺寸和最后對(duì)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)功能要求進(jìn)行校驗(yàn),并用solidworks繪制出來(lái)制動(dòng)器零件的基本模型和制動(dòng)器的裝配總成</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:制動(dòng)性能 solidworks into fixed and floating caliper.On the basis of understanding the structure and working principle of the brake,with various materials to design,demonstrate the selected parameters and the calculation to determine the specific parameters are as follows:</p><p>The braking force distribution;front axle braking force Fu1=4486.3 Nthe rear axle braking force Fu2=9045.2 N.</p><p>The synchronous adhesion
