3、工方法,它在汽車、航天等領(lǐng)域正在發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,精沖的作用會在更多領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本說明書通過對汽車制動器調(diào)節(jié)齒板工藝的正確分析,在查閱了大量相關(guān)資料后,設(shè)計了一套精密沖壓模具。本文從工藝分析開始對整個設(shè)計過程進(jìn)行了詳盡的介紹,敘述了模具成型零件的設(shè)計與加工工藝過程,主要零件的工藝參數(shù)的選擇與計算,壓力中心的計算,精沖壓力機(jī)的選擇等。本設(shè)計中對模具的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了一定的改良和創(chuàng)新,使之更易操作和維修,在不影響工件質(zhì)量的前提下,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。有利于精沖模具的普及和發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:汽車制動器調(diào)節(jié)齒板;精沖;模具設(shè)計AbstractThefineflushingwhichis
