<p>液壓管路三通管接頭的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)抽芯一模兩腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含17張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書+開(kāi)題報(bào)告+外文翻譯】-zsmj29</p><p>液壓管路三通管接頭的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)抽芯一模兩腔】</p><p>摘 要</p><p> 塑料注射模具是成型塑料的一種重要工藝裝備,通過(guò)對(duì)液壓管路三通塑料模具設(shè)計(jì),能夠全面的了解塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則、方法.并能較為熟練的使用Proe4.0、AUTOCAD軟件進(jìn)行塑料模具設(shè)計(jì),提高自己的繪圖能力。為今后從事設(shè)計(jì)工作打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。</p><p> 隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,塑料制品在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、日常生活和軍事等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣,質(zhì)量要求也越來(lái)越高,中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為全球最大的塑料市場(chǎng)之一,塑料制品產(chǎn)量全球第二。為了做到高質(zhì)、高效、低成本,從而提高市場(chǎng)占有率,注塑模具的開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、加工與CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)相結(jié)合具有重大意義。</p><p>本次主要設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)液壓管路三通注射模的設(shè)計(jì), 重點(diǎn)對(duì)塑件的成型原理、原料選用和注射技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)根據(jù)形狀、尺寸、精度及表面質(zhì)量要求的分析結(jié)果,確定所需的模塑成型方案,制品的后加工、分型面的選擇、型腔的數(shù)目和排列、成型零件的結(jié)構(gòu)、澆注系統(tǒng)等。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模;模具結(jié)構(gòu);側(cè)型芯;工藝方案</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Plastic injection mold is an important technological equipment of plastic forming, based on the hydraulic piping tee plastic mold design, can fully understand the basic principles, methods of plastic mold design.
