Review 1) Show the clothes pictures:dress /long skirt/short vest/short coat/long shirt /old T-shirt/new Let the students say and write out these words . 2) Check the dialogues made by students : Hello,...I’m not good at English/Chinese /maths. I can help you .Thank you . That’s OK . Step2 . Leading new lesson 1) Study the new words according the pictures of animal . 2) Leading the dialogues: Design a scene(Take students around a zoo.) Let the students observe all kinds animals ,then answer my questions . 1. Are you glad to on the ship? -How nice on a ship! 2. Can you see many animals? Wow! So many animals. 3. Is that a big pig? ... Step3 Listen to the tape. 1) The first time : Listen to the standard pronunciation . 2) The second time : Listen the tape and correct your pronunciation . 3) The third time : Listen to the tape and read following the tape . Step4 Practice 1) Practice between teacher and students . 2) Practice between student and student . 3) Practice between group and group .
