Lesson 4 Animal Talk
◆ 教材分析
本課是北師大版《初中英語(yǔ)》八年級(jí)上冊(cè)教材第二單元,話(huà)題為“交流”。本課是本單元第一課,在承接Get Ready部分有關(guān)“Communication”話(huà)題的基礎(chǔ)上,本課重點(diǎn)介紹動(dòng)物的交流手段和方式。
本課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)分為兩個(gè)課時(shí)。第一課時(shí)側(cè)重對(duì)課文的理解,首先通過(guò)頭腦風(fēng)暴激活學(xué)生已有的知識(shí):你所了解的動(dòng)物都有哪些交流方式。隨后通過(guò)閱讀,獲取動(dòng)物的三種主要交流方式。第二遍和第三遍閱讀獲取細(xì)節(jié)信息:課文中所提到的動(dòng)物分別采用哪種交流方式;動(dòng)物交流的目的是什么。最后結(jié)合課文信息和Get
2、Ready部分所討論的話(huà)題內(nèi)容進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言輸出活動(dòng):對(duì)比人類(lèi)和動(dòng)物的交流有什么不同。在本節(jié)課中還會(huì)滲透現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的相關(guān)知識(shí),主要從語(yǔ)用功能層面,使學(xué)生對(duì)現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)有初步的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。
第二課時(shí)在復(fù)習(xí)課文內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,引入本課的重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容——現(xiàn)在完成時(shí),通過(guò)觀察和分析例句,發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的含義和句型結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)分層練習(xí),進(jìn)一步體會(huì)現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的含義,以及與一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的區(qū)別。第二課時(shí)的教學(xué)還包含對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的指導(dǎo)——既不知道詞義的情況下可以查字典,而在諸多義項(xiàng)中選取恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~義還要回歸上下文。
