Lesson 6 The Texting Generation
◆ 教材分析
本課是北師大版《初中英語》八年級上冊教材第二單元,話題為“交流”。Lesson 6 The Texting Generation分別介紹了動物界的交流方式,人類在交流時的一般禮貌以及短訊在人們生活中所扮演的重要角色。本課的教學設計分為兩個課時。第一課時側重對課文的理解,首先通過頭腦風暴激活學生已有的知識:你所了解的動物都有哪些交流方式。隨后通過閱讀,獲取動物的三種主要交流方式。第二遍和第三遍閱讀獲取細節(jié)信息:課文中所提到的動物分別采用哪種交流方式;動物交流的
2、目的是什么。最后結合課文信息和Get Ready部分所討論的話題內(nèi)容進行語言輸出活動:對比人類和動物的交流有什么不同。在本節(jié)課中還會滲透現(xiàn)在完成時的相關知識,主要從語用功能層面,使學生對現(xiàn)在完成時有初步的認識和了解。

Ss read the passage to find out the main idea of the passag

Ss read the passage the second time and fill in the three forms following the teachers. T leads Ss to do the first one together to show how to do it.

Read the paragraphs one by one and find out
