軸架沖壓工藝及模具的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:沖壓成型是金屬成型的一種重要方法,它主要適用于材質(zhì)較軟的金屬成型,可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密制件。本課題就是將軸架作為設(shè)計(jì)模型,將冷沖模具的相關(guān)知識(shí)作為依據(jù),闡述冷沖模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程。
首先,對(duì)軸架的工藝性能進(jìn)行分析,提出了三種可行的沖壓工藝方案。通過對(duì)三種方案的分析比較,最終確定采用第二種方案,選定“沖孔-彎曲-落料,級(jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)”的沖壓工藝路線。然后,按選定的工藝路線進(jìn)行主要參數(shù)的工藝計(jì)算。確定模具的結(jié)構(gòu)。即模架型式、導(dǎo)向方式、毛坯定位、卸料、推料、壓料、出件方式等。隨后,確定模具主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)與尺寸。并在此基礎(chǔ)上繪制裝配圖和零件工作圖。最后,確定壓力機(jī)類型及主要參數(shù)。以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。
