左箱體的加工質量將直接影響機器的性能和使用壽命。本次設計旨在提高左箱體的加工效率,由此我們首先對左箱體的結構特征和工藝進行了仔細的分析,然后確定了一套合理的加工方案,加工方案要求簡單,操作方便,并能保證零件的加工質量。
夾具結構設計在加深對課程基本理論的理解和加強對解決工程實際問題能力的培養(yǎng)方面發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。利用更好的夾具可以保證加工質量,機床夾具的首要任務是保證加工精度,特別是保證被加工工件的加工面與定位面以及被加工表面相互之間的位置精度;提高生產(chǎn)率、降低成本,使用夾具后可以減少劃線、找正等輔助時間,且易于實現(xiàn)多工位加工。擴大機床工藝范圍,在機床上使用夾具可使加工變得方便,并可擴大機床工藝范圍。減輕工人勞動強度,保證生產(chǎn)安全。為了讓夾具有更好的發(fā)展,加快用高新技術改造和提升夾具技術水平的步伐,創(chuàng)建夾具專業(yè)技術網(wǎng)站,充分利用現(xiàn)代信息和網(wǎng)絡技術,與時具進地創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展夾具技術。
本次設計是制訂LH180MQ左箱體工序卡及銑鏜結合面夾具設計,設計正確的加工工藝路線。這次設計涉及到機床,機械加工工藝,工裝夾具等機制專業(yè)的幾乎所有的專業(yè)基礎知識。是一次全面地,系統(tǒng)地檢查自己在大學期間對專業(yè)知識學習的情況,在整個設計過程中做到嚴謹認真,一絲不茍的精神,盡量使自己的設計達到理想的水平,通過獨立的查找資料,分析,計算完成方案設計,圖紙設計和編寫技術文件等,設計了這套比較完整的加工工藝路線,使自己對機制專業(yè)有了更深刻的認識。
