本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是針對CA6140車床手柄座的制作進行實質(zhì)性的研究,論文只要是通過5個部分對零件的加工方式進行說明,首先是對零件的工藝進行分析,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果制定加工工藝路線,工藝路線的確定能很好的幫助制造者來完成零件,依照分析的路線來合理的進行工序加工,將每到工序的計算寫入設(shè)計書中,然后繪制加工的工序卡.這樣使得零件的制造能一目了然,并且對后面的夾具設(shè)計起到鋪墊.當(dāng)工序完成后針對其中的一道工序我們進行專用夾具的設(shè)計,本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是針對φ14mm的孔進行加工,所以夾具的設(shè)計也是為了方便這道加工而設(shè)計的.夾具的設(shè)計關(guān)鍵是定位元件和加緊元件的選擇.由于設(shè)計的需要我們還要運用到組合機床,所以這里也要考慮到專用夾具是否適合組合機床.組合機床的設(shè)計是針對φ14mm的孔夾具而設(shè)計的,按照實際情況本次設(shè)計選用了利式組合機床,選定后就組合機床的鉆頭,支撐桿,機床底座等進行相應(yīng)的選擇,以能最好的加工出此道工序.根據(jù)零件工序圖和零件加工示意圖,以及組合機床聯(lián)系尺寸圖,可以將零件和實際生產(chǎn)相聯(lián)系.
