曲軸銑端面打中心孔機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)及夾具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要:應(yīng)用組合機(jī)床大批大量生產(chǎn)零件,快捷高效,生產(chǎn)效率是機(jī)械加工的發(fā)展方向。為了提高加工精度,需要設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)組合機(jī)床來改善曲軸的加工情況。本課題是曲軸銑端面打中心孔組合機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì)及夾具設(shè)計(jì)。主要完成對(duì)曲軸左右兩個(gè)端面的銑削及中心孔的鉆削,還要完成其專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)的組合機(jī)床為臥式雙面銑削和鉆削組合機(jī)床,先對(duì)被加工零件特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,選擇采用刀具和工件分別安裝在各自滑臺(tái)上的方法,先銑后鉆。在確定了機(jī)床配置型式的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)本道工序需要加工的內(nèi)容,完成三圖一卡的設(shè)計(jì)。夾具部分的設(shè)計(jì)主要是定位和夾緊方式的選擇,以零件加工工序圖為基礎(chǔ),該零件由兩V形塊在兩主軸頸處定位,限制四個(gè)自由度,為防止工件的軸向移動(dòng),用一個(gè)定位釘在扇形板左端面處定位。夾緊方式采用液壓夾緊,力源裝置為液壓缸,中間遞力機(jī)構(gòu)為推桿,夾緊元件為壓板。操作簡單,易于集中控制,夾緊可靠。
