棉桿滾壓粉碎試驗裝置設計 摘要 棉稈資源作為一種重要的生物資源，在我國產(chǎn)量巨大，但至今卻一直沒有得到充分利用，鑒于當前棉稈分散、收儲季節(jié)性強的特點，因此設計出的一種對棉稈進行切碎、粉碎處理的機械可以很好地解決此問題。我國農村具有豐富的棉桿資源,棉桿切割的加工機械也因此得到廣泛的應用。本文通過比較國內外棉桿粉碎機的優(yōu)缺點，針對目前棉桿滾壓粉碎機的主要缺陷，詳細介紹了棉桿滾壓粉碎機的原理，其中，切碎裝置為整機的關鍵部件。對棉稈滾壓粉碎裝置的中切碎裝置的類型和結構進行研究，設計了適合棉稈切碎的平板滾筒式切碎器，并設計了滾刀的具體尺寸。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)能力要求，對切碎器的結構進行了設計。除此之外，滾壓裝置也是其中的重要部件，本設計分別采用一對對輥式輥子作為喂入裝置和滾壓裝置。文中還對傳動系統(tǒng)進行了設計計算，主要包括鏈條傳動和齒輪傳動，并對整個過程進行了總結。 關鍵字 棉桿；滾壓；滾筒式切碎。 The design of the grinding test device for cotton bar rolling Abstract Cotton stalk ,an important biotic resourse,the output,is very huge in China.However,it has been made best use up to now.Due to dispersion of cotton—stalk，togather with hanrersting and storaing seaons limited,So designing a kind of cotton stalk chopping, shredding machinery solve the problem very well.There are rich resourse of cotton stalk in?rural?china., cotton stalk cutting processing machinery has been widely used. This paper, according to making a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the cotton stalk hammer mill and its main defects in and out of our country, introduces the fracture mechanisms of the size reduction detailedly. In this mechine, Chopper is the key working part of the cutter.According to the cutting type and structure of cotton stalk rolling crushing device, the roller of plately chopping ,suitable for chopping cotton stalk and the size of the hob ,is designed. It shows a final size reduction way by comparing different ones, designs the structure of the mill according to production capacity reuirements.In addition, a rolling device is one of the important parts.There are a pair of roller roller as a feeding device and a rolling device，respectively.
