摘 要
工業(yè)機器人是集機械、電子、控制、傳動、自動化等多學(xué)科先進技術(shù)于一體的現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)重要的自動化裝備。本文以工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)化為背景，通過對國內(nèi)外工業(yè)機器人的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查和分析，報告了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外工業(yè)機器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平和方向以及存在的問題。
本次設(shè)計主要完成了M40型工業(yè)機器人小車傳動裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，通過機器人的運動原理和相關(guān)技術(shù)要求的分析和計算，得出小車的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和參數(shù)，完成了小車傳動裝置主要零部件：齒輪、傳動軸、輸出軸等的設(shè)計。并且完成了關(guān)鍵零件的強度校核，保證了小車傳動裝置工作的可靠性。

ABSTRACT
Industrial robot is set machinery, electronics, control, drive and automation multidisciplinary advanced technology in the integration of the modern manufacturing important automation equipment. The industrial robot industry development as the background, through the investigation and Analysis on the history and current status of the development of domestic and foreign industrial robot, report the current domestic and foreign industrial robot industry development level and direction and the existing problems.
