[提要] 本文敘述丁我廠連鑄板坯表面清理的跟蹤試驗情況攜 表面清理后的鋼坯,軋制
后鋼板上的裂紋及其他缺陷的出現(xiàn)率均減少.鋼板質量提高。

我廠連鑄板坯清理工序于1992年l1月初開始投入工作.為了弄清清理效果和正確掌握清理后的驗收標準.1992年12月成立丁由質管處、技術處、轉爐分廠、中板分廠參加的跟蹤試驗組?,F(xiàn)將跟蹤試驗情況總結如下。
1 試驗方案
(1)在半成品檢驗站挑選5爐表面缺陷多的板坯進行火焰清理,并詳細記錄表面缺陷的名稱、分布及清理情況,然后按爐發(fā)往中板切割,再根據(jù)清理面的大小,從大到小編上序號,并記錄每塊小板上的清理情況.最后按序號進爐(清理面大的先進爐)進行跟蹤軋制。
(2)選5爐表面缺陷多的板坯(因臨近春節(jié),只選到4爐),不經清理,按爐軋制.然后與經清理的坯進行比較。
2 板坯表面概況
(1)清理過的5爐(用火焰槍清理,清理寬度為lO0~300mm),情況見表1。

4、 結論與建議
從跟蹤軋制的記錄統(tǒng)計分析看出:
(1)板坯上肉眼可見的缺陷主要是裂紋(以縱裂紋為主,且多出現(xiàn)在連鑄機外弧面上),其次是結疤、翻皮。
(2)火焰清理后的表面不太理想,有的地方吹得過深(達lO~20mm),邊緣不夠平滑,使鋼板上出現(xiàn)鱗層、凹坑缺陷。如2—1—43爐第五塊上表面吹后有深度大于lOmm 的坑,軋后板上仍有凹坑,因此必須提高清理技術水平,力求處理后的表面平滑無棱角,最大深度不超過lOmm。
(3)表面清理對提高鋼板質量、減少表面缺陷是有效的,經清理的鋼坯軋制后鋼板上的裂紋出現(xiàn)率為8 ,而未經清理的達4O.38 ,其它缺陷的出現(xiàn)率也有減少 清理后的5爐鋼坯,軋成鋼板裂紋出現(xiàn)率由84降至8 。
(4)板坯上輕微的細裂紋可以不清理,如1—9—185爐上表面全爐縱裂,但軋后只有一塊上表面出現(xiàn)裂紋(占l1 )。
(5)這次試驗的鋼坯,軋制后鋼板上出現(xiàn)的缺陷主要是夾雜,其次是分層。而這兩種缺陷常常在坯表面是看不出的,它主要存在于鋼坯內部,只有通過改進煉鋼、連鑄工藝,提高鋼質來解決。

Our factory slab cleaning process began devotion work in the November of 1992. In order to understand cleaning effect and correctly grasp the acceptance standard after clearing. 1.Test Plan
(1) Choose 5 furnace in semi-finished inspection offices of slab surface defects of flame clean-up and detailed records of surface defects name, distribution and clean situation, then press the furnace plate cutting, then send to the size, according to clear from large to small serial number, and record on every small plate. Finally the cleaning according to the serial number into the furnace (cleaning face big advanced furnace) for tracking rolling.
(2) Choose 5 furnace more surface defect of slab (for near the Spring Festival, choose only to 4 furnace), with no clear, press furnace with the rolling. Then compared the billet clear.
2. Slab Surface Profile
(1) The 5 furnace (cleaning a gun cleaning, cleaning with flame for lO0 ~ 300mm width), see table 1.
(2) Not cleaning the surface quality situation of slab in table 2.
3. The Steel Plate Surface Defects

4. The records from tracking that rolling statistical analysis:
(1) Slab on visible defects is mainly crack (with longitudinal crack appeared in the main and many outside surface caster), the second is scarred.
(2) Flame cleaning surface after not ideal, some local blow too deep (20mm), lO ~ 20 of plate edge smooth, make enough to appear on the scale layer, indentation defects. Such as 2-1-43 furnace DiWuKuai surface blow lOmm pit depth greater than after the rear panel, rolling are still, so must raise pits to clear the technical level, the processed surface smooth without edges, no more than lOmm maximum depth.
(3) To improve surface cleaning plate quality, reduce surface defect is effective, the cleaning plate after the billet rolling crack in the rate of 8, and appear without clearing reach 4O. 38, other defect rates have reduce clearing appeared in the five furnace, rolling ChengGangBan crack billet fell to appear by 84 rate of 8.
(4) Slab of fine cracks on minor, such as 1 May not be clear -- 9-185 furnace surface all furnace longitudinal crack, but only a piece of a surface after rolling cracks (accounted for 11)
(5) This experiment, the billet rolling plate after the defects is mainly on inclusion, followed by stratification. But these two kinds of defects in slab surface is often couldn't see, it mainly exist in the inside, it is only through the improvement of billet continuous casting technology, improve steel, steel to solve.
