所謂離合器,顧名思義就是說利用“離”與“合”來傳遞適量的動力。離合器由摩擦片,彈簧片,壓盤以及動力輸出軸組成,布置在發(fā)動機與變速箱之間,用來將發(fā)動機飛輪上儲存的力矩傳遞給變速箱,保證車輛在不同的行駛狀況下傳遞給驅(qū)動輪適量的驅(qū)動力和扭矩,屬于動力總成的范疇。在半聯(lián)動的時候,離合器的動力輸入端與動力輸出端允許有轉(zhuǎn)速差,也就是通過其轉(zhuǎn)速差來實現(xiàn)傳遞適量的動力。

在離合器中,還有一個不可或缺的緩沖裝置,它由兩個類似于飛輪的圓盤對在一起,在圓盤上打有矩形凹槽,在凹槽內(nèi)布置彈簧,在遇到激烈的沖擊時,兩個圓盤之間的彈簧相互發(fā)生彈性作用,緩沖外界刺激。有效的保護了發(fā)動機和離合器。在離合器的各個配件中,壓盤彈簧的強度,摩擦片的摩擦系數(shù),離合器直徑,摩擦片位置以及離合器數(shù)目就是決定離合器性能的關(guān)鍵因素,彈簧的剛度越大,摩擦片的摩擦系數(shù)越高,離合器的直徑越大,離合器性能也就越好。

坡道起步需要較高的半聯(lián)動技巧。半聯(lián)動可以消化發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速與車輪之間的轉(zhuǎn)速差,也就是說可以有在動力已經(jīng)傳遞到車輪上,但車輪并不運轉(zhuǎn)的情況出現(xiàn),這種情況常常發(fā)生在坡道。一般對于駕駛技術(shù)不熟練的駕駛員而言,在坡道起步時會拉起手剎,然后讓離合器處于半聯(lián)動狀態(tài),松下手剎,車輛保持靜止,防溜車殃及后車。而車輛向后滑行的重力是由發(fā)動機提供的動力來抗衡的,而離合器則負責(zé)消除這里存在的轉(zhuǎn)速差。
車輛處于這種情況下,駕駛員就能很輕松的起步了,繼續(xù)踩下油門踏板讓轉(zhuǎn)速進一步提升獲得足夠的扭力,車輛就順利坡起了。此時對于半聯(lián)動的技巧要求較高,如果半聯(lián)動力度太弱,就可能在松開手剎時車輛向后滑動,容易造成新手的驚慌失措,如果半聯(lián)動力度過強則容易是車輛加速過猛而撞到前車。所以對于新手而言,此時可以讓發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速略高,并采用較大的半聯(lián)動力度,使車輛有個向前走的趨勢時,再松開手剎。
新手駕駛的時候會存在一些離合器使用上的錯誤操作。作為新手,由于駕駛技術(shù)的不熟練,很難將油離很好的配合,導(dǎo)致在使用離合器的時候出現(xiàn)一些有損離合器的操作方法,而這些情況同樣是出現(xiàn)在半聯(lián)動的時候。
避免離合器長時間處于半聯(lián)動狀態(tài)才能有效的保護離合器。有些新手剛上路時由于緊張,油離配合不好,害怕自己在起步時熄火滅車,于是就轟大油門而離合器卻壓得很低,半天也不全部抬起實現(xiàn)全聯(lián)動,此時發(fā)動機的轉(zhuǎn)速與一軸的轉(zhuǎn)速存在巨大的轉(zhuǎn)速差,而車輛則是慢慢起步的,這些巨大的轉(zhuǎn)速差全部由離合器的半聯(lián)動消化,這是非常毀離合器的做法。為了避免頻繁的坡道起步,用腳半踩離合,這樣能用半聯(lián)動來控制車的行駛速度,也就是俗稱悶著離合器走。
整個過程離合器都是發(fā)生滑動摩擦的,這種長時間的滑動摩擦也會損害離合器。開車上路總喜歡把左腳放到離合器踏板上,從而導(dǎo)致不自覺的壓下了離合器踏板,車輛長時間處于半聯(lián)動狀態(tài)。所有這些操作都會加速離合器片的磨損,對車輛的動力性和經(jīng)濟性都會造成損失。
離合器是汽車上一個頻繁摩擦的部件,它會隨著使用時間和使用頻率的增加而產(chǎn)生磨損,就會產(chǎn)生離合器打滑現(xiàn)象。對于有經(jīng)驗的駕駛員是可以提早發(fā)現(xiàn)的,比如判斷離合器是否打滑我們可以在原地著車時掛入一擋,這時不要松手剎,然后慢慢抬離合器直至完全抬起,如果在離合器抬起時,發(fā)動機熄火這就證明你的離合器不打滑,反正如果離合器都完全抬起了而車還不熄火就證明你的離合器有問題了。
還有就是在起步時明顯感覺到離合器位置突然變高了,也是離合器打滑的前兆,再有就是我們在急加速時只是感覺發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速在不斷升高,而車速卻沒有升高等等這些情況都是離合器打滑的征兆。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)離合器磨損或打滑時我們要及時檢查、更換,否則這會使發(fā)動機輸出的動力不能有效的傳遞給輸出軸上,而是將動力損失在離合器片與飛輪之間的滑動摩擦上,并將相互之間的摩擦轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闊崮芟牡?,這樣會導(dǎo)致動力傳輸下降,同時還會費油增加用車的成本。
