本次針對轉子片，系統地進行了一副落料、沖孔的復合模設計。在模具設計過程中，綜合運用已學知識和自主創(chuàng)新來進行設計和計算。本設計完整地進行了制件的工藝性分析和模具設計的各項內容，從形狀工藝性分析、尺寸和精度工藝性分析、結構工藝性分析等方面對沖壓件進行了系統的沖壓工藝性分析；在模具設計方面，主要進行了沖壓零件總體工藝方案的確定和排樣設計、工藝計算、工作部分參數計算、工作力的計算、模具總體結構設計和主要零部件設計及主要零部件的加工工藝。
該落料沖孔復合模為倒裝式復合模，并采用了少廢料排樣中的直排形式，節(jié)省材料的浪費，結構簡單?？梢灾苯永脡毫C的打桿裝置進行推件，操作簡單。采用彈性橡膠作為壓料裝置，壓邊力較為均勻。
