摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)的題目為限位板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了薄板類(lèi)沖裁零件的要求、內(nèi)容及方向,具有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了本人沖壓模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為以后設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了沖裁件的沖壓工藝性,為確定沖裁工藝方案做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后計(jì)算沖裁力和模具刃口尺寸,便于選取壓力機(jī)及確定工作零件的尺寸和結(jié)構(gòu);最后分析了制件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推件裝置的選取。
本沖裁件上孔為非規(guī)則形狀的孔,為了便于沖孔凸模的加工,所以在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)把沖孔凸模設(shè)計(jì)成直通式,然后,將其鉚接在凸模固定板上。此外,該制件的尺寸較大,為保證凹模的加工精度,在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)將其設(shè)計(jì)成凹模組件。為了方便制件的取出,本副模具采用倒裝結(jié)構(gòu)形式,同時(shí),為了簡(jiǎn)化模具結(jié)構(gòu)采用彈性推件裝置。
