軸架沖壓工藝及模具的設計

摘要:沖壓成型是金屬成型的一種重要方法,它主要適用于材質較軟的金屬成型,可以一次成型形狀復雜的精密制件。本課題就是將軸架作為設計模型,將冷沖模具的相關知識作為依據,闡述冷沖模具的設計過程。
首先,對軸架的工藝性能進行分析,提出了三種可行的沖壓工藝方案。通過對三種方案的分析比較,最終確定采用第二種方案,選定“沖孔-彎曲-落料,級進模生產”的沖壓工藝路線。然后,按選定的工藝路線進行主要參數的工藝計算。確定模具的結構。即模架型式、導向方式、毛坯定位、卸料、推料、壓料、出件方式等。隨后,確定模具主要零部件的結構與尺寸。并在此基礎上繪制裝配圖和零件工作圖。最后,確定壓力機類型及主要參數。以達到預期效果。
