(線圈骨架的成型工藝及模具設(shè)計)
摘 要
此設(shè)計題目為一個線圈骨架,此塑件在技術(shù)要求方面要求不高,所以模具設(shè)計的精度也不需要太高。通過對不同設(shè)計方案的對比,最終確定設(shè)計方案為:
(1)分型面選在零件高度為5mm的地方;(2)模具設(shè)計為一模兩腔式的制件布局;(3)模具采用了斜導柱側(cè)抽機構(gòu)。
由于設(shè)計的能力有限,設(shè)計過程中還存有許多不足之處,但經(jīng)過精確的計算和校核,此套模具能夠加工所需的合格制件,再加上制件的精度要求不是很高,所以此模具可以投入生產(chǎn)使用。
