摘 要
汽車已成為最主流的交通工具,它在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中發(fā)揮出的作用是無(wú)與倫比的。高速公路的覆蓋率日益提高,汽車行駛速度的加快等等因素對(duì)汽車駕駛?cè)藛T及乘車人員的安全都會(huì)產(chǎn)生消極影響,同時(shí)也對(duì)汽車設(shè)計(jì)人員提出了更高的要求,尤其是對(duì)制動(dòng)系的研究設(shè)計(jì)。
汽車制動(dòng)系是整輛汽車中最為重要的系統(tǒng)之一。因?yàn)樗男阅苤苯佑绊懼{駛安全的重要問(wèn)題。只有制動(dòng)性能良好、制動(dòng)系工作可靠的汽車才能充分發(fā)揮出其高速行駛的動(dòng)力性能并保證行駛的安全性。
本次名為轎車制動(dòng)系設(shè)計(jì)的課題目的在于通過(guò)深入了解學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)前廣泛用于輕型轎車上的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上分析并計(jì)算各類數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)出制動(dòng)效果顯著,工作可靠性高,成本合理的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。盤式制動(dòng)器是目前應(yīng)用最為廣泛的制動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu),無(wú)論是在它的制動(dòng)性能和結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊度上都比傳統(tǒng)的鼓式制動(dòng)器有不小的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

ABSTRACT
Car has been the mainstream traffic tools, the role played by cars is unique in the modern society. The factors such as Highway coverage is increasing day by day, the speed of cars is increasing and so on can produce negative influence on the driver and the safety of the driving, and at the same time, car designers is putted forward higher request, especially for study and design of brake system.
Car brake system is the one of the most important system in the whole car . Because it's performance directly affect on the safety of driving . Only the car with braking system which is good and reliable enough,it just can performance the high-speed dynamic driving and ensure the safety of the running.
The mission named designing brake system whose purpose is analysising of all kinds of data to design the brak system which has high work efficiency,reliability and economic cost thorough understanding and learning car brake system widely used in the current. Disc brake is the most widely used brake, it has more advantage than the traditional drum brake on braking performance and compact of structure.
