開(kāi)環(huán)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單、成本低,但缺點(diǎn)是精度不高。反向間隙、絲杠螺距誤差、起停誤差等都會(huì)影響定位精度。下面幾種改進(jìn)措施可以使定位精度明顯改善。
1 反向間隙誤差補(bǔ)償
數(shù)控機(jī)床加工刀具與工件的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)是依靠驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置帶動(dòng)齒輪、絲杠轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而推動(dòng)工作臺(tái)面等移動(dòng)部件產(chǎn)生位移來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。作為傳統(tǒng)元件的齒輪、絲杠盡管制造精度很高,但總免不了存在間隙。由于這種間隙存在,當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的方向改變時(shí),開(kāi)始段時(shí)間必然會(huì)引起驅(qū)動(dòng)元件的空走,出現(xiàn)指令脈沖推不動(dòng)執(zhí)行元件的局面。這就影響了機(jī)床的加工精度,即指令脈沖與實(shí)際進(jìn)給步數(shù)不相符合,產(chǎn)生加工誤差 因此,開(kāi)環(huán)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)一般都設(shè)置有反向間隙誤差補(bǔ)償功能,用以補(bǔ)足空走的步數(shù)反向間隙差補(bǔ)償就是首先實(shí)測(cè)反向進(jìn)給的誤差,把它折算成脈沖當(dāng)量數(shù),作為間隙補(bǔ)償子程序的輸出量,當(dāng)計(jì)算機(jī)判斷出現(xiàn)的指令為反向運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),隨即調(diào)用間隙補(bǔ)償子程序,通過(guò)輸出補(bǔ)償脈沖消除反向間隙后再進(jìn)行正常的插補(bǔ)運(yùn)行。
2 常值系統(tǒng)性定位誤差補(bǔ)償
類(lèi)庫(kù)以供設(shè)計(jì)者調(diào)用。這樣在零件的設(shè)計(jì)階段,設(shè)計(jì)者只需輸入特征的參數(shù),系統(tǒng)直接生成特征的實(shí)例模型:在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中我們必須存儲(chǔ)相關(guān)的特征類(lèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)信息,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表集就是用于存儲(chǔ)這一部分的相關(guān)信息。根據(jù)特征類(lèi)型定義的需要,我們定義了特征類(lèi)編碼表、特征類(lèi)版本信息表表示特征類(lèi)型;定義了特征類(lèi)構(gòu)造表表達(dá)特征類(lèi)的結(jié)構(gòu);并通過(guò)零件特征配置表與零件的特征層信息聯(lián)系起來(lái)。特征層數(shù)據(jù)表集是本零件模型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的核心,記錄了特征實(shí)例模型的設(shè)計(jì)、工藝等信息。特征構(gòu)造表記錄了特征的幾何結(jié)構(gòu);特征尺寸表、特征形位公差表、特征表面粗糙度表記錄了特征的工程語(yǔ)義引用;尺寸表、形位公差表、表面粗糙度表存儲(chǔ)了所有零件特征的數(shù)據(jù)信息。在特征層,利用特征ID、幾何要素ID、尺寸ID、公差I(lǐng)D、粗糙度ID等主鍵進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)檢索。我們將該零件信息模型的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)應(yīng)用于工廠環(huán)境下某型組件的CAD AM 集成系統(tǒng)中,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了CAD與CAPP的特征信息共享。在該系統(tǒng)中主要使用現(xiàn)成的CAD/CAM 軟件(Unigraphics 1I)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和NC編程,并通過(guò)對(duì)該軟件進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)獲取零件的尺寸信息;同時(shí)利用自行開(kāi)發(fā)的對(duì)話窗體,讓設(shè)計(jì)人員交互輸入其它特征信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)該軟件與系統(tǒng)的共享數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的連接。在輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),工藝設(shè)計(jì)人員通過(guò)程序的查詢功能,從共享數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中查詢所需的零件信息,進(jìn)行交互工藝設(shè)計(jì)。從而方便了CAPP的零件信息獲取,提高了工藝設(shè)計(jì)的效率。在利用UG進(jìn)行NC編程時(shí),可以從共享數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中獲取所需的工藝及制造信息,進(jìn)行各工序的刀軌設(shè)計(jì)與加工仿真在數(shù)控機(jī)床上建立一個(gè)絕對(duì)零點(diǎn),實(shí)測(cè)出各坐標(biāo)軸相對(duì)點(diǎn)的全部定位誤差,做出曲線以便確定補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)。圖l所示是一個(gè)實(shí)測(cè)的定位誤差曲線,把這個(gè)曲線的縱坐標(biāo)(誤差)以脈沖當(dāng)量為單位進(jìn)行分割,作出橫線,每個(gè)橫線與曲線的交點(diǎn)即為目標(biāo)補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)。圖1中的1到6點(diǎn)處的定位誤差為正,需要作減脈沖補(bǔ)償;而6至9處需要進(jìn)行加脈沖補(bǔ)償圖中陰影部分為補(bǔ)償區(qū)。把這些補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)列成誤差.修正表存入計(jì)算機(jī),當(dāng)工作臺(tái)由零點(diǎn)位置移動(dòng)時(shí),安裝在絕對(duì)原點(diǎn)處的微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)發(fā)出絕對(duì)原點(diǎn)定位信號(hào),以后計(jì)算機(jī)將隨時(shí)發(fā)出目標(biāo)補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)的補(bǔ)償信號(hào),對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行定位誤差補(bǔ)償。
3 反饋補(bǔ)償開(kāi)環(huán)控制
該系統(tǒng)由開(kāi)環(huán)控制和感應(yīng)同步器直接位置測(cè)量?jī)蓚€(gè)部分組成。這里的位置檢測(cè)不用作位置的反饋,而是作為位置誤差的補(bǔ)償反饋。其基本的原理是:由機(jī)床數(shù)控裝置CNC發(fā)出的指令脈沖,一方面供給開(kāi)環(huán)系統(tǒng),控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)按指令運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),并直接驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)床工作臺(tái)移動(dòng),構(gòu)成開(kāi)環(huán)控制;另一方面該指令脈沖又供給感應(yīng)同步器的測(cè)量系統(tǒng)(即數(shù)字式正、余弦發(fā)生器),作為位置給定信號(hào)。工作在鑒幅方式的感應(yīng)同步器此時(shí)既是位置檢測(cè)器,又是比較器,它把由正、余弦發(fā)生器給定的滑尺激磁信號(hào)傳送給步進(jìn)電機(jī)。
4 結(jié) 論
CIMS環(huán)境下基于特征的零件信息建模還是一門(mén)不斷發(fā)展的技術(shù),怎樣提高特征設(shè)計(jì)所能完成的零件復(fù)雜度;如何使特征設(shè)計(jì)適應(yīng)特征識(shí)別、特征語(yǔ)義轉(zhuǎn)換的要求等問(wèn)題還有待人們?nèi)ソ鉀Q。本文介紹了特征技術(shù)在零件信息建模中的應(yīng)用,重點(diǎn)描述該零件數(shù)據(jù)模型的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn);所建立的零件信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)可以較好地滿足CIMS系統(tǒng)對(duì)性

一、 實(shí)習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容
2007年1月份開(kāi)始,我在廣東的一個(gè)日資企業(yè)技術(shù)部實(shí)習(xí),主要從事注塑機(jī)周邊設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì),主要有除濕干燥機(jī),模溫機(jī),粉碎機(jī)等系列產(chǎn)品,我們實(shí)習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容是:
1、參加由公司組織的理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),由有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、工程師授課,學(xué)習(xí)公司的文化、以及公司的發(fā)展前景、主要產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程和必要的技術(shù)要求以及一些改進(jìn)方向、公司必須保留和更新發(fā)展的技術(shù)核心等等。
2、 在公司,實(shí)習(xí)期間我主要完成了新款除濕機(jī)NS-25系列的機(jī)箱鈑金件的二維圖繪制和三維繪制,將零件裝配起來(lái),完成一個(gè)實(shí)體圖,以便校核和模擬,同時(shí)繪制了NS-100系列的二維圖,并在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中制作機(jī)器明細(xì)表等,所需零件全部準(zhǔn)備好之后,再行組裝。在組裝過(guò)程中進(jìn)一步了解到哪個(gè)零件是否合理,如果不合理怎么樣加以改進(jìn),使以后批量生產(chǎn)中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)同樣的錯(cuò)誤。
3、 熟悉了除濕干燥機(jī)的工作原理,并對(duì)新開(kāi)發(fā)的除濕機(jī)做彩頁(yè)說(shuō)明,包括中英文對(duì)照,參數(shù)等的設(shè)定,為銷(xiāo)售作好前期工作。
4、對(duì)新機(jī)器制作網(wǎng)頁(yè),因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)是一個(gè)最快速且先進(jìn)的交流工具,使客戶能夠第一時(shí)間了解我們公司的產(chǎn)品及開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)程。
5、對(duì)機(jī)器上的每一個(gè)零件攝影,并且用PhotoShop對(duì)圖片進(jìn)行處理,完成了公司里面全部零件的處理工作。并且熟悉了PhotoShop軟件的應(yīng)用。
二、實(shí)習(xí)取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及收獲:
通過(guò)一段時(shí)間在公司的實(shí)習(xí),使我受益匪淺。
1、首先讓自己對(duì)社會(huì)有了一定的了解,對(duì)公司的文化、產(chǎn)品有了一定的認(rèn)識(shí),為自己在以后的人生路上做了一個(gè)很好的鋪墊,并逐步養(yǎng)成了吃苦耐勞的精神,培養(yǎng)了團(tuán)結(jié)一致的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
2、了解了一般公司要想發(fā)展所應(yīng)具備的基本要求,必須具備創(chuàng)新能力開(kāi)發(fā)出新型的能夠符合市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)需要的新產(chǎn)品,才能夠在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
3、通過(guò)這一段時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí),使我對(duì)學(xué)校里學(xué)的理論知識(shí)有了更深入的了解,并且能夠熟練應(yīng)用CAD,PROE ,PhotoShop等軟件,對(duì)辦公軟件也更加熟練。
4、經(jīng)過(guò)了這段實(shí)習(xí)生活后,加深鞏固了以前學(xué)校里學(xué)的知識(shí),同時(shí)也了解到了以前學(xué)校里面學(xué)不到的東西,極大的拓寬了我的視野及知識(shí)面,為今后的正式工作生活奠定了一個(gè)良好的基礎(chǔ)。
三、 存在的不足及建議
通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)我本人感覺(jué)到還有很多不足的地方:
a) 我們學(xué)習(xí)了四年的理論知識(shí),初步了解了機(jī)械行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),但在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中這些還是不夠的,“書(shū)到用時(shí)方恨少”真實(shí)的說(shuō)明了這個(gè)道理。
b) 初到公司缺乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),很多的工作感到無(wú)從下手,沒(méi)有一個(gè)完整的頭緒,很難單獨(dú)去接受一個(gè)實(shí)際的課題。
通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)我想對(duì)學(xué)校一點(diǎn)建議:
1 學(xué)校是否考慮注重學(xué)生的實(shí)際動(dòng)手能力,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),如增加學(xué)生的在校實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)和延長(zhǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的時(shí)間、更加注重在老師的指導(dǎo)下讓學(xué)生真正的參與到實(shí)踐中去。
2 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)期間學(xué)校是否能考慮組織學(xué)生到生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)去參觀實(shí)習(xí),讓學(xué)生接 受最為直接的設(shè)計(jì)基本知識(shí),比憑空去設(shè)想更有效果。

立題的目的和意義:
數(shù)控機(jī)床是一種加工效率高、集成度高、用途廣泛的機(jī)床,現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床研究成為現(xiàn)代機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)重要課題。銑床主要是利用刀具的旋轉(zhuǎn)將工件表面多余的部分一層一層的切削而除去,從而形成具有一定尺寸,形狀和精度的工件。在一般的生產(chǎn)體系中,銑床的加工范圍占整個(gè)機(jī)器生產(chǎn)的重要部分,所以對(duì)數(shù)控銑床的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有很重要的意義。
