本文描述的是一種中高壓對輥成型設備的設計與實現。
成型力是由液壓系統(tǒng)提供，可以產生很高的成型壓力。而且有液壓的防止過載功能。提高了型煤的質量還能有效保護機器，不受意外傷害。
煤要成型就要有準確的對中性，該傳動系統(tǒng)采用同步齒輪箱，而且采用帳套連接技術可以進行少量的無級調節(jié)，保證有良好的同步對中性，提高了機器的運轉精度和型煤率。
采用變頻調速螺旋加料裝置。使送料連續(xù)，還有一定的預壓力。變頻調速可以根據產量,可以靈活地調整加料螺旋的旋轉速度,以滿足對輥成型機對加料速度、加料壓力及物料密度的匹配要求,提高了工業(yè)型煤的成球強度
機架采用螺栓拉緊，不但使得制作簡便、拆裝方便,而且機架的承載能力也強,滿足對輥成型機的工作要求。
