摘 要
本研究以棉稈等硬莖稈為研究對象，通過對秸稈原料特性的分析，確定切碎原理和方法，設計出動力消耗低、粒度大小滿足壓縮成型要求的秸稈切碎機。推動我國目前綜合開發(fā)利用農(nóng)作物秸稈資源的技術創(chuàng)新和實際應用。
通過對原始數(shù)據(jù)的分析、方案的論證比較和有關數(shù)據(jù)的分析計算，主要完成了切碎機的總體設計，電動機的選擇以及傳動方案的分析、比較與選擇等內容。在此基礎上對切碎機機體 的結構尺寸、驅動轉軸的結構尺寸、V 帶傳動等設計應用價值進行了詳細的計算和說明。
該機主要是由切碎器、變速箱和喂入機構、喂入槽、甩拋裝置、帶傳動、電動機組成。其原理是秸稈由喂入槽喂入，在喂入機構作用下將其壓實并卷入機構，被動定刀片組成的切碎器切碎，最后由拋送裝置拋出機外。

ABSTRACT
