摘 要：本設(shè)計(jì)中的馬鈴薯播種器全名叫升運(yùn)鏈?zhǔn)今R鈴薯播種器，這是一種塊狀馬鈴薯播種器，其主要的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)有：機(jī)架，升運(yùn)鏈?zhǔn)脚欧N器，外槽輪排肥器，鋤鏟式開(kāi)溝器，行走輪，鎮(zhèn)壓輪，鏈輪等。這種播種器結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，體形小巧，工作可靠，播種效率高并且不傷種，在國(guó)內(nèi)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。在設(shè)計(jì)中我通過(guò)查找的大量資料為播種器的各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行選型，計(jì)算并最終定型。在這些結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過(guò)程中，我充分的利用大學(xué)中所學(xué)過(guò)的各方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，盡力把設(shè)計(jì)做得詳細(xì)全面。最后我在老師的悉心指導(dǎo)下，我不斷改進(jìn)與完善了我的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。

The Design of The Potato Seeder

Abstract: The design of the potato seeder's full name is rises to transport the chain potato seeder, this is a kind of sowing seeds massive potato seed tuber's seeder. Its main design structures: Rack, Ladle—chain dispenser, Fluted roller fertilizer apparatus, Hoe opener, The road wheel, The compacting wheel, Sprocket and so on. This seeding is simple structure, small shape, reliable operation, high seeding efficiency, and hurt less to plants, this machine is widely applicated in our country. In the design of large quantities of data I through the search for seeder each structure of selection, calculation and eventually to finalize the design. In the structure design and calculation of the process, I make full use of university learned all aspects of professional knowledge, try to do detailed design comprehensive. At the end I teacher of meticulous direction, I continuously improve and perfect the content of my design.
