摘 要
機(jī)床是機(jī)械加工的重要設(shè)備,在機(jī)械制造中占有重要的地位。在一般的機(jī)器制造中,機(jī)床所擔(dān)負(fù)的加工工作量占總制造工作量的40%-60%,機(jī)床在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化的建設(shè)中起著重大作用。本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是機(jī)床主傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括:確定有關(guān)尺寸參數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)及動(dòng)力參數(shù);據(jù)所求得的有關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)及給定的公比,寫出結(jié)構(gòu)式,校驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)速范圍,繪制轉(zhuǎn)速圖;確定各變速組傳動(dòng)副的傳動(dòng)比值,定齒輪齒數(shù)、帶輪直徑,校驗(yàn)三聯(lián)滑移齒輪齒頂是否相碰,校驗(yàn)各級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速的轉(zhuǎn)速誤差;繪制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖。

ABSTRACT
