圓形振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名:陳少海 班級(jí):0881054指導(dǎo)老師:劉文光 摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了圓振動(dòng)篩的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及其分類(lèi)和特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)振動(dòng)篩工作原理的分析及工藝參數(shù)的選擇與確定完成圓振動(dòng)篩的總體設(shè)計(jì) 。并在確定了設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇、主要零部件的 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等做了進(jìn)一步的研究。振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)械是近 20 年來(lái)得到迅速發(fā)展的一種新型機(jī)器,目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于采礦、冶金、水利電力、石油化工、煤炭、交通運(yùn)輸、建筑和鐵道等工業(yè)部門(mén)中,用于完成各種不同的工藝過(guò)程。最近幾年,各國(guó)對(duì)振動(dòng)篩分技術(shù)的研究很重視,如 強(qiáng)化振動(dòng)參數(shù),設(shè)備大型化,篩機(jī)零部件的三化,自同部技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用,新 篩機(jī)的出現(xiàn)等都是圍繞著振動(dòng)篩發(fā)展起來(lái)的。設(shè)計(jì)首先分析論述了設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括振動(dòng)篩的分類(lèi)與特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定;篩面物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)理論分析;其次進(jìn)行了對(duì)振動(dòng)篩的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的計(jì)算;合理設(shè)計(jì)振動(dòng)篩的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸;進(jìn)行了激振器的偏心塊等設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,包括原始的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì);最后進(jìn)行了主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,包括軸承的選擇與計(jì)算,皮帶的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核,軸的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算和校核,彈簧的 設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。關(guān)鍵詞: 振動(dòng)篩 結(jié)構(gòu) 篩分機(jī)械 激振器 指導(dǎo)老師簽名:Design of circular vibrating screenStudent name : Chen ShaoHai Class : 0881054Supervisor : Liu WenguangAbstract: This design is mainly introduced the situation at home and abroad and the circle vibrating screen classification and characteristics, and through the analysis of the operation of vibrating screen and the process parameters of the selection and be sure to complete circle vibrating screen of the overall design. In the design plan and determined on the basis of the choice of motor, main parts of the structure design, further research. Vibration screening machines the past 20 years the rapid development of a new machine, has been widely used in industrial sectors of mining, metallurgy, water conservancy, electric power, petrochemical, coal, transport, construction and railway used to complete a variety of different process. In recent years, countries right vibration screening technology very seriously, such as the strengthening of vibration parameters, equipment, sieve machine parts, to promote the use of the same technology, the new screen, and so on are around the shaker development.At the first ,the design analysis expositions design program , including vibrating screen of classification and features and determine of design program; the movement theory analysis of sieve surface material ;at the second, the design analysis dynamics of vibrating screen and the calculation of dynamics parameter; reasonable design vibrating screen of structure size; conduct the design and calculation of stress vibration device of eccentric block, , including original design parameter, motor design; at last, conduct main parts design and calculation, including select and calculation of bearing , design calculation and check of belt , strength calculation and check of axis , design calculation of mechanical spring .Key words: Vibrator Construction Screening machine Shaker Signnature of Supervison:
