黃 河 科 技 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 第 I 頁(yè) 1.6 型 卷 揚(yáng) 機(jī) 設(shè) 計(jì)摘 要卷 揚(yáng) 機(jī) 又 稱 絞 車 。 是起重垂直運(yùn)輸機(jī)械的重要組成部分,配合井架、桅桿、滑輪組等輔助設(shè)備,用來提升物料、安裝設(shè)備等作業(yè),由 人 力 或 機(jī) 械 動(dòng) 力 驅(qū) 動(dòng) 卷 筒 、 卷 繞繩 索 來 完 成 牽 引 工 作 的 裝 置 。 垂 直 提 升 、 水 平 或 傾 斜 曳 引 重 物 的 簡(jiǎn) 單 起 重 機(jī) 械 。 分手 動(dòng) 和 電 動(dòng) 兩 種 。 現(xiàn) 在 以 電 動(dòng) 卷 揚(yáng) 機(jī) 為 主 。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的 1.6 噸電動(dòng)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)是由電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、制動(dòng)器、減速器、卷筒、等組成。本次設(shè)計(jì)的步驟是從鋼絲繩開始入手,然后依次對(duì)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的卷筒、卷筒軸、電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、制動(dòng)器、聯(lián)軸器以及卷筒機(jī)的導(dǎo)向滑輪設(shè)計(jì)與選取。其中卷筒、卷筒軸、卷筒轂、減速器的設(shè)計(jì)最為主要,本設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)做了介紹,其余部分有得只是略作分析。本次設(shè)計(jì)的卷筒機(jī)由于它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、搬運(yùn)安裝靈活、操作方便、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)簡(jiǎn)單、對(duì)作業(yè)環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),可以應(yīng)用于冶金起重、建筑、水利作業(yè)等方面,但是此次設(shè)計(jì)的卷筒機(jī)主要運(yùn)用于用于 1.6 噸起升機(jī)構(gòu)。提升重物是卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的一種主要功能,各類卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)都是根據(jù)這一要求為依據(jù)的。關(guān)鍵詞:卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī),卷筒,卷筒軸,減速器黃 河 科 技 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 第 II 頁(yè) 1.6 construction winch designAuthor:lian xueqinTutor:kang hongweiAbstractAlso known the hoist another name is winch.
