黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 I 頁立臥式雙面 44 軸組合鉆床后主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)摘 要本文主要是針對立臥式雙面 44 軸組合鉆床后主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行闡述。這次設(shè)計(jì)是在通過查閱機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊、組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)簡明手冊、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械制圖、機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)、與畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)手冊等之后完成的。通過這次設(shè)計(jì)可以了解發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)體大批量生產(chǎn)流水線中組合機(jī)床的原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝水平、分析使用現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,以及分析三缸機(jī)體的結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝流程及設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文主要包括緒論、加工工藝分析、多軸箱的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及表達(dá)方式、多軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)、組合機(jī)床多軸箱 CAD 系統(tǒng)等幾個(gè)部分。重點(diǎn)放在主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)部分,包括繪制多軸箱設(shè)計(jì)原始依據(jù)圖、主軸、齒輪的確定及動(dòng)力計(jì)算、繪制多軸箱總圖及零件圖、多軸箱的傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)組合鉆床的目的在于實(shí)現(xiàn)多孔一次定位,避免重復(fù)定位所產(chǎn)生的定位誤差,提高被加工孔的位置精度。同時(shí)也保證了被加工孔的同軸度。關(guān)鍵字:主軸, 齒輪, 主軸箱 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 II 頁Combination Drilling of horizontal two-sided 44-axis spindle box designAuthor:YangZhifuTutor:JiaBaiheAbstracThis paper is to elaborate on the design of the headstock after the 44-axis, horizontal double-sided Combination Drilling.
